Can't praise Chosen Home enough in the handling of our home sale in very difficult times. The whole team, but especially Rob always gave 100% and Gemma H could not have done more and guided us so both together a dream team. Very professional honest and helpful. Would highly recommend to anyone selling their home.

I recently bought a house which was on the market with Chosen. I can honestly say I have had such a positive experience from the start of this process to the end.

Victoria and Gemma C have been so supportive to me and I honestly cannot thank them both enough. They were always there to call if needed, and they kept me up to date at all times with the sale progression of the house I bought. They really care for their clients and want the best for them and provide a very personal touch compared to other estate agents. I really did feel like nothing was too much trouble and they went out of their way to ensure the sale went through as quickly as possible.

On completion day I was met by Chris who kindly handed over the keys for me- and also a lovely new home card was waiting for me, again a personal touch and there for you until the very end.

Chosen Homes have been excellent throughout the process of us selling our house. Through what has been a prolonged process - no fault of Chosen - they have always been pro-active, attentive and responsive. When there were some major hiccoughs in the process, they helped to speedily resolve the situation, which allowed the delays to be minimised.

We have just completed on the sale of a property we had lived in for 33 years. Chosen were recommended by a friend when there were other larger estate agents operating in our area. We had 3 quotes and although not the highest, we selected Chosen as we thought it had the best chance of success and was the most realistic.
