I have had products from Chloe Jade Home a couple of times (and will have more in the future). The fragrance I've had is Senses Onyx Reed Diffuser and refills, it is gorgeous. Visitors to my home always comment on how beautiful they look and smell. There is always prompt response when an order is placed. Keep up the good work

Ordered Fig Diffuser over Christmas so expected delay but was still posted out quick enough.I contacted shop by email to check delivery and the reed diffuser was dispatched immediately the same day. Worth the wait it arrived packaged well and when I opened it, it was in a beautiful gift box, would make the perfect gift. It has only been set out an hour and my living room smells devine, it is a show stopper of a reed, greatly priced for 1200ml.. Will be ordering more in the coming weeks.. Thank you so much for your service ❤️

Elegant and sensational diffusers 😍 I ordered twice from Chloe Jade and I have to say I am obsessed with these products. Communication maybe a bit slow sometimes but it is worth the wait 🙌 So far the best diffusers on the market! Highly recommend

I ordered two of the large Alang Alang Reed Diffusers and a box of glasses. All the items were received in perfect condition. The items were well package to protect them during transit. The quality of the items received and the service provided was excellent. Definitely recommend and would not hesitate to order again from this business.

I ordered 3 large diffusers last week
Had one email saying that as soon as they receive them they would dispatch
Site now saying that order is done and delivered but I’ve not received anything
£312 out of pocket, no number just an email and very slow webchat
Very very frustrating
Update - I’ve now heard from them and my package was damaged in transit and will resend !!
Worrying that I had to chase to find that out, instead of letting me know
Update 2 The company have contacted me and said that my delivery will be out tomorrow and they are very sorry for the inconvenience caused
i have had emails and web texts from Chloe Jade, so it seems that they are doing all they can to rectify their earlier issues and remedy the situation.
I will update as soon as I have the order
Update 3 - so the Order arrived on Saturday, so they did all they could to get it to me after the initial mess ups
pleased that i have them now
they mentioned a free gift as compensation but no sign of that !!
