What followed was a series of contradictions:

KYC was requested

KYC was denied

KYC was later shown as approved

My withdrawal was still not allowed

My funds were returned to my account

My account was then banned, with around $5,000 USD inaccessible

After the ban, support claimed they did not ban my account, despite the site clearly displaying a ban notice and preventing login/withdrawals.

I’m left with approved KYC showing in the app, a banned account, and funds I cannot access. This has been extremely frustrating and concerning.

Update:
After requesting a withdrawal, my account was placed under review and I was required to complete KYC. I received conflicting information about my KYC status (the app showed approved while support stated it was declined).

Following this, my account was banned and my funds were seized. The platform now alleges I used an “exploit” in the Hi-Lo game, claiming I “forced outcomes,” without providing any technical evidence, identifying a specific Terms of Service clause, or explaining how normal use of the game as presented constitutes an exploit.

All wagers were placed using the game exactly as it was offered on the platform. At no point was I warned, restricted, or informed that my gameplay was prohibited before my withdrawal request, and all wagers were accepted and settled.

I have repeatedly requested a clear explanation and supporting evidence for the allegation, but this has not been provided. I am sharing this update for transparency while pursuing formal escalation.
