I have returned an item and no refund nor response
I have returned an item and followed up three times. Haven’t heard back nor received my refund. This was before Christmas that I purchased and was originally intended as a Christmas gift but ended up going in a different direction for the gift. I returned well before the return deadline. Even received a reference number from the company, yet no refund. Not only have I not received a refund, I’m not even receiving a response to my outreach. I even had to pay $65 to return! To say this is awful Customer Service is an understatement, this is a scam. I’m out well over $200.

Amazing Customer Service!
I ordered a Chippo Golf set for my grandson for Christmas. I inadvertently sent it to my billing address - in Florida - instead of to Pittsburgh, PA. I immediately ordered another, sending it to the correct address and responded to their email confirmation of my first order; asking them to cancel. They responded within the hour - canceling the order that was in error and refunding my credit card.
I also got a very nice email from the company rep wishing me a happy holiday, confirming the cancellation. I have never been more impressed with a company's customer service. You guys ROCK!

Everybody's Happy!
We saw a bunch of guys playing Chippo at a campsite where we were staying over the summer and I knew we had to have it.
The game arrived SUPER FAST and my husband, son and neighbor are all very happy with it! Especially when it gets my 11 year old out of his bedroom/off of his video games and outside to play a few rounds in the yard.

It’s better than corn hole!
It’s a fun game, however we’re concerned that using their light weight balls will mess us up on the course, so we’ve tried using our real golf balls and setting the goals farther apart and it does work. High quality parts by the way, so I expect it to last. I also prefer chipping to tossing a bean bag!
