SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE
Shocking customer service. Made an order for a Mountfield HP46 mower for £209 and then got a call 3 days later telling me it was out of stock and they’d never be back in stock! That day the website price shot up £80 and stated they where in stock. When I pointed this out the lady told me they’d left it on so people could use it to compare models!!!! Why bother increasing the price and show in stock!! Got the feeling the price was wrong when I ordered it.

Appalling communication
Appalling communication - one week after paying over £1000 for a mower , they still couldn't tell us where it was - and according to the phone call they still can't tell us when it can be delivered, even though supposedly the courier has it , but cant track it as it's manually done! Would not recommend.

Mountfield instant repair.
Took my recently purchased mountfield in for a repair as the height adjustment had fallen apart. They took the mower away and it was fixed within 10 minutes. No paperwork, no invoice, no "we can't look at it for 8 weeks" as offered by another dealer. I was amazed, hence I'm bothering to write this review. Brilliant.

very impressed with speed my order has been processed,
on day after ordering a very pleasant lady phoned to ask
if it would convenient to deliver the mower today, Friday.
It was agreed.
Received arranged phone call from Steve to say he would
be with me in about 3/4 hr. and he arrived around 2.15.
very nice chap, offloaded mower carefully explained the controls
showed me how it worked, let me try it out then garaged it for me.
in all would say he was with me about an hour, a pleasure to meet him.

Poor customer service
My mower was delivered with parts missing. There was no explanation other than the delivery driver saying he would chase up the parts. Despite being in touch with “Customer Care” several times I still do not have the parts. I would have given no stars if that had been possible.
