Terrible customer service.
In addition, my subscription just stopped working several months before expires

I paid for a two year plan in May, here it is July and the app stopped working with no form of communication. There’s no way to contact anyone to ask what’s going on or to ask for a refund. Highly irritated.

Was paid up until may 2025 and all services just ended with no communication from provider and still no communication from them offering refund or update as to what’s going on. One would think they’d at least reach out since we have no way of contacting them.

I really liked the service. but they shut down with no notice. Didn't know how it was legal in the first place, but iiI guess this proves it wasn't. On to the next scam now I guess?....

ChillTV are in the process of rebranding which doesn't happen overnight, I'm sure they are scrambling as fast as they can. A nasty lady reported them to CRTC, that was the reason they had to shut down immediately. We've been with them for over 2 years, the only issue was buffering. We have paid for services thru November 2026. We are planning on waiting a month to see what happens, after that then we will make a decision.

It was great while it lasted! I paid for a year and only used less than a month before they shut down! I emailed them to see what’s going on and asked about my payment and refund. So far no response. Not a happy customer.

Chill TV baited us into promotions to extend our subscription only to shut it down and screw it's customers! What a scam!!

I am a paid customer with chill and I am paid up till Jan. 2027. All of a sudden without warning chill tv closed with no explanation and I am unable to get in touch with them for my refund. I have seen so many people complaning about the same thing!! By the looks of it they took our money and ran. I am very upset!!!!!!!

Paid for a year and they shut down after 6 months and no refund offered. The service itself was great for the first few months then the movies and series wouldn't play. They'd just sit buffering. Then the programs started disappearing. Now nothing. My username appears on the screen and states my subscription is expired or invalid. These guys took the money and ran.

CRTC has shut down Chill tv , dont think you will ever see it again .

Be with them 2 years and love it and paid for another year and now nothing I have no service. This is unacceptable not happy

I have been a customer of ChillTV for several months with a paid subscription through July 2025, but no they are CLOSED!!! It seems like the company would have to refund their customers.

They took my money and shut down with no way to contact them they are a fraud!!

Great service, reasonably priced, and fantastic support. Long-time user, so we have lots of experience with it.

I love chill tv itself it's amazing. I got an email for fathers day 50percent off for a year subscription existing and new users. I jumped at it I have been user for couple years. I needed to talk to support after making the payment and they added it to a new account when I'm an existing user paid until March 2025. Sent screenshots tons of messages kept getting hold for a response . Not even an answer that they are working on it, they understand anything instead just left on read message. Like basically I just paid 100dollarsfor 4 months of service cause I have an account active till March next year. A year is supposed to get added to that account. I'm not happy at all I'm not letting this go

Applied, paid 24 hrs ago and once he asked for a proof of purchase, which I earlier gave.No response for several hours.

Signed up for 1-month to try prior to annual subscription. Money paid and no activation code received. Tried live chat help, advising what the problem was and I received an initial response that just asked for the details just supplied. Following this, each time I tried to continue the chat, it was closed directly by Chill and not responding. Unfortunately, I cannot give any feedback on the Chill TV app as I cannot get started. No service supplied, but have taken money.

Trying to watch anything on chill tv, especially NHL games, is frustrating because it cuts out always searching everytime! Not at all as advertised! Poor streaming all the time

I have previously used the service earlier this year and it has been fine. but when my amount paid for the service expired, it was super hard to get set up again. No support whatsoever or FAQs to help out with anything, then someone contacted me and offered to help out to get it going again via text msg. The etransfer domain seemed legit and matched with the site. But after a while, after i have sent a payment, he or she asked for my full account info including password. so that is a red flag and then no service. SCAM

Service worked ok for awhile but yes a lot of strobing/spinning and audio is not great. They have no contact. And no customer service. Similar to Starlink they are untouchable when there are problems. I used to be able to request shows but now they have you blocked unless you are VIP member for which they want too much money. Where are they hiding? I will NOT be renewing
