I have purchased items from Chiefer previously and the service has always been 10 out 10.

I purchased a watch from Chiefer last week and Sam and Chiefer were excellent. Sam discussed a range of Watches and advised on what may be a good investments for the future. The service again was 10 out of 10.

I came to Chiefer Jewellery as I saw the shop only and was in the area looking for an engagement ring. I honestly did not think I would be able to find what I wanted within my budget, and just wanted to see the shop. Luckily, Nusaiba was able to work within my budget and provide me with exactly what I wanted. There was guidance throughout the whole process and really made it stress free. Thank you to Nusaiba and the whole Chiefer team!

I came to Chiefer with a very specific set of requirements for a sentimental piece, which followed some frustrations with the proposals/processes of several other jewellers. Standing out; the frequency of communication, expert guidance and consultation, flexibility with developing requirements and, of course, the quality of the final product... When I first set out to find the perfect gift for my partner’s milestone birthday, I had so many different ideas in mind, especially since he has such a sharp fashion sense. Once we arrived in London, the experience was elevated even further. Chiefer, Sam, and Nusaiba made us feel instantly welcome. Their approach was not just professional but genuinely warm. They didn’t just sell products—they made it clear that our satisfaction was their top priority. Their attention to detail was incredible. They took the time to understand what I was looking for, offering personalized recommendations without ever being pushy. They listened intently, which really made a difference in the final choices.

I arrived at the store exhausted from the long flight, and without hesitation, they offered and even bought me a cappuccino to help me feel more at ease. It's rare to find a place that cares for its customers in such a considerate way.

When my partner accidentally broke his bracelet during our vacation, their responsiveness was incredible. They not only reassured us that it would be handled quickly, but were also willing to do a drop off since we were leaving London the next day . Within less than 24 hours, the bracelet was fixed and ready, and we were constantly updated on its progress. This level of communication and efficiency is rare and shows just how much they value their customers.

Ultimately, I went in thinking I would buy just two items for the birthday, but the experience was so seamless and enjoyable that we ended up leaving with four! Chiefer’s Jewellery didn’t just meet my expectations—they far exceeded them with their thoughtful, attentive, and genuine customer service not forgetting their Fabulous and UNIQUE pieces!!!!!!! It was an experience I won’t forget.

The Chiefer jewellery team did a 10/10 job on sourcing, informing and delivering on the exact cut of diamond I wanted for my proposal, I gave them a week to get everything sorted and they were able to work under immense pressure with no stress and get it done, it enabled me to make my dream proposal and she couldn’t help but say yes of course! His advice was honest, clear and took into consideration my ideas for the ring design.

The team even managed to meet a difficult deadline as I decided to bring forward the proposal by over a month.

The ring was made to the exact brief we agreed on & the CAD designs helped me visualise what the finished product would look like.

We will be using Chiefer Jewellery again to design our wedding bands very soon!
