Do not touch this company. Bought two watches in Nov 20, so awful sent them back and was promised a refund. They were sent by tracked post on 14th Dec and signed for on the 15th by a C.KENNEDY, up to today 28th Jan21, still no refund I have also sent them the tracking number which shows the signature that received them, I have been robbed of about £46 cannot get any satisfaction and they have also vanished off Facebook, the address sent back to is in the uk.The police are now being informed and given the address.

Ordered in May 2020 still no sight of anything.

I loved mugs I just wish there was another skin tone because not all women fair (white) or dark skin (black). It would be cool to see one more tone that is between the two.

Not shore what to write is this American company or Chinese I was tracking my order seems like it's leaving china can any tell me. I haven't received my product was on airline 28 may now 11 of june.looks like it's chinese.ill be very disappointed if that's the case.

Shipping could have taken a shorter time, but I’m guessing due to Covid19 is why it may have taken so long. Otherwise very please!

I received an inaccurate order. Two separate, different mugs. Only one was what was ordered. I sent information and haven't heard anything about correcting my order. If I received a wrong mug, my correct mug must have gone to a customer who also complained. No where to call and get satisfaction.

Less one star because it took a long time to get to me, but other than that I love my best friend mug!

My friend and I loved our mugs. Only thing is we would like to see more of a size range and skin tone range. I would get something else done with you guys.
