Do not even consider to buy anything from this company!!!
I wish I have read the reviews before I have ordered.. however their web site called justfashionnow.com. On the credit card they appear Chicv limited UK. I am absolutely disappointed and disgusted with the quality of the products. How misleading the pictures are. Also sizing is very off. I have sent them an email I am sending all products back. I can’t say “good”s cos nothing good about this company. I am appalled.. do not even consider to buy anything from this company....

Ademas pedí 4 piezas, me llegaron 3 y la 4ª hace ya 1 mes y 1/2 y no me ha llegado. No tienen ninguna firma ni justificante de que lo he recibido.

Received only one product out of two.
Quality really disappointing.
Other product never received.
They misuse the company DPD as if they have used them for parcel delivery but they know nothing about the reference number or the parcel.
Tried to trace this company for refund but after 3 months of trying I've given up.

I purchased from ZoLucky - what a scam! Fabric is a nightmare and looks nothing like the images on their website, and is nothing like their description.
They also messed me around, shipped items a month after I ordered, and AFTER I asked them to cancel the order, because it hadn't shipped.
In reply to your reply - seriously - you know perfectly well that we emails for weeks. Do you really think I'm going to get into that again? If you were serious, you would have reimbursed me by now. Look how long it took to address the reviews. And this only because of the victims who have taken their battle to Facebook. 6 April 2021

I strongly recommend you to NOT buy with this company, material is cheap and company behavior is abusive and fraudulent. Please see below why:
1. Clothes you see online are stolen pictures or at least what you receive is a cheap copy of what you see online (made of extremely cheap material and not worth the price)
2. Return policy is not fulfilled by company
- Returns must be shipped on your own cost and return center is in China (will cost you aprox. 45 EUR per return package if sent from Europe)
- Returns don´t reach the return center (unknown address on return label) and therefore they will not refund you and you have paid the price for the product and the aprox. 45 EUR return cost.
- Damaged products (which must be refunded by law) will not be refunded and you will be obligated to send the item back on your own cost (aprox 45 EUR)
- Return requests will always be answered by offering you a discount instead of fulfilling with law and accepting the full return and refund.
AS A RESULT:
- You will get extremely cheap clothing, not worth the price, even if a discount is offered.
- Returns are not fulfilled, you will not get any money back
- You have a lot of hazzle and unsatisfying results
- You loose money and supported a fraudulent company.

I ordered and did not receive a conformation so I started reading all the reviews and got freaked out enough that I went to my bank and cancelled that card and got a new one they already have my money. The girl at the bank says it’s in UNITED KINGDOM. England not China. But what do I know. Thx. Sarah. P.S. it’s only been 4 days since I ordered so we will see

Stay away from this company
Stay away from this company! I bought a green sweater through Chicv's Zolucky site. It was misshapen, smelled like chemicals, has plastic threads sticking out of it, and is made out of some synthetic material. Looks nothing like the picture. They say they have a great return policy, but you'd have to send your item back to China at your own cost. I have a fondness for China as I have relatives from there, but this company is one you should steer clear of.

Thank you for your reviews. I just called my credit card and canceled my order. Meaning I put in a dispute. I thought it was weird that I never got a confirmation email saying they received my order, that they were working on it or they were shipping it. I always got that from Rotita, whom I have been buying from for years. Thank you so much.

Ordered clothing and shoes. When they arrived ...no return labels, or addresses. Had a link on paper enclosed for return instructions. Followed instructions and they emailed us back with in a few days. they offered a 15% refund and told us we could keep the merchandise . We looked up shipping fees to return ( to china???) and they were cost prohibitive. So we are going to try the refund option.Will follow up with results later. Clothes made from something I have never seen? Plastic ? Shoes cheap plastic as well

BUYER BEWARE!!!
This company operates under names like Zolucky and Bellelily but the merchant name on the charge is ChicV UK Limited / Rayleigh GB. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE - THEY ARE RUTHLESS. I canceled an order within 2 hours of placing the order, Their customer service sent me the form to fill out for the cancellation and I filled it out and returned it. They did not answer me again that day. The next morning there was an email in my inbox that said I could not cancel the order because they had already set it up for shipping. I reversed the charge on my charge card and will now have to get a new credit card. BAD COMPANY!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM CHICV OR THEIR COMPANIES: CHEAP BADLY MADE GOODS AND NO REDRESS.
I ordered two items from one of CHICV's many companies - helolinen. The goods were the same size, one synthetic fabric and the other claimed to be "cotton mix". The items arrived. Both were made with shoddy cheap syntetics. The "cotton mix" item, apart from being synthetic was very small. The other item had very poorly finished seams and the garment was falling apart. Helolinen's instructions are that for refund or exchange, you must email them for authorisation and the return address within 14 days of the receipt of goods, although they give their UK address as: CHICV in Rayleigh, Essex, any parcels sent there will not be refunded. I sent an email to helolinen.com on the same day I received them, asking for authorisation to return the goods. I also sent a second and third email to the same, posted twice on their Facebook page and finally wrote to CHICV in Rayleigh asking to return the items.
I received no communication from helolinen/CHICV until I took the matter up with my credit card company. Suddenly I had three emails, all sent on the same day, replying to my three separate emails requesting authorisation to return the items and the returns address. The three emails from service@helolinen each said they were unable to accept or process a return or refund as the 15 day return window had now closed - kindly keep the items! I wanted to return them as they were shoddy and did not fit - clearly I do not want to keep them!
I do not hold out much hope that my credit card company will refund me the amount spent, so it is probably going to be an expensive lesson I have learned.
As far as I am aware, this company is in violation of the rights of UK customers as they give no redress to dissatifaction of items bought online/mail order.
