First class customer service.

Recently took delivery of a new car for my daughter. Really pleased with the spec and quality of the vehicle for the price and very happy with the communication from the team in particular from Suanu. Thanks for your help, will be back for the next vehicle.

Excellent communication, Fantastic car and deal structure. Would highly recommend and will be using again

We've been working with Chicane for a number of years now and have no plans in moving anytime soon!

Suanu has and continues to be efficient, clear and hard working in providing you the best possible deal.

If you're looking for a reliable leasing company today, look no further than Chicane!

Second time of using Chicane Leasing and again it was a first class experience!
Suanu and Charlotte provided a great choice of vehicles and finance packages and kept me updated throughout the process. I highly recommend Chicane Leasing.

First class customer service you couldn't beat. Suanu at Chicane Leasing is always happy to go that extra mile. Suanu worked exptionally hard to get me a vehicle that met my needs within a short time frame and my within budget. Nothing is too much trouble. I would highly recommend.

Email spammers, sending mass email that never signed up to receive communication from them. No one had permission to email me and clearly they have bulk bought email addresses in.

Email spammers, sending out mass email campaigns to people that never signed up to receive communication from them. It is 2023 yet unethical companies are still buying email lists from questionable sources and spamming the public with unwanted email spam. Really? who the hell would do business with you after you spam emailed them? You need a lesson in GDPR!

We have been leasing cars from Suanu now for 12 years and are just about to take delivery of our fourth car.
From the very start Suanu has always been there for us, explaining the process and answering any questions we may have.
With the return of our most recent lease he gave us extremely sound advice which helped to avoid some dubious charges.
So pleased we found Suanu all those years ago, I do sometimes check other sites for competitiveness and have never found a better deal.

My experience with Chicaneleasing was simply amazing, straightforward and seamless. Suana attended to me from the very beginning up until my car was delivered to my home and all paperwork finalised. He took me through step by step and was always available to answer my questions. He followed up with every query that I had and throughly explained all that I needed to know with the options I looked at. I would highly recommend Chicaneleasing, the team are professional, polite and trustworthy

Customer service you couldn't beat. Suanu always happy to go that extra mile. Extremely competitive deals, 100% trustworthy, great people to deal with, wouldn't consider going anywhere else. Call him today you wont be disappointed.

Absolutely fantastic. We have been using Suanu at Chicane for a number of years and the service level is absolutely amazing.

Another vehicle delivery complete and once again excellent service provided by Suanu and the team. This delivery was delayed by circumstances out of Chicane's control however the communication regarding order status has been superb throughout. Thank you again team, James M&R

5 stars all the way, kept informed. Very knowledgable and friendly service. Miles better than anything else I’ve experienced. Found me an excellent deal and it was complicated

I would highly recommend using Chicane Leasing. Suanu made the process really straightforward and went above and beyond to help.
Great communication and updates and a seamless process.

Fantastic customer service yet again! We have leased numerous vehicles over several years and never fail to be impressed by the extremely high level of customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Chicane leasing to anyone. Thanks again to Suanu and the team.

Highly recommend Chicane Leasing and Suanu in particular. His comms were first class and he made the leasing process incredibly easy and straight forward.

I’ve never leased a car before but the experience in car leasing has been incredibly simple. Suanu organised for the exact car we wanted and sourced the exact model locally. He even pulled some strings and arranged for us to pick up the car 2 days after the contract was signed (as delivery would have taken longer).

Their service was second to none and once we come to lease a second car, we will be no doubt getting in touch with them. I can’t recommend them enough: @chicane_leasing

Simply the best!
We have leased many cars over the years from Chicane and have been impressed with their excellent service. Suanu who we always deal with knows exactly what we are looking for and gets us the best deals. His service is second to none. I cannot recommend Chicane highly enough-:)
