Sam, Jodie and all the dental staff were very warm, understanding and welcoming. Guy explained every part of the oral surgery in detail and Jodie was always available and understood the following pain and discomfort I was in. I look forward to the finishing line, when I can smile again.

Great atmosphere, professional service. They always explain everything. I feel relaxed there, and I know that I am in good hands.

Had tooth ache during lock down...not a problem, very understanding...every process explained...I would highly reccomend my dentist practice.
Also had appointment with hygienist...explained everything, very gentle touch when working on my teeth, I'm very nervous about going to the dentist.

As ever, a first class service and treatment. All COVID-19 procedures and protocols excellent adding to feeling of safety and security. I have always been highly anxious having treatment due to highly sensitive areas in my teeth and gums, but since attending Cherrybank, my anxieties have disappeared due to very gentle but thorough treatment and support. I can recommend Cherrybank to anyone, it is well worth the additional costs.

At Cherrbank I immediately felt in safe hands. Each stage of my treatment plan was explained and although I didn't feel that I needed reassurance, it was comforting to know that the staff were knowledgeable, professional and friendly in their approach. I am absolutely delighted with the results of my treatment and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr Elaine Halley and the amazing team that make Cherrbank what it is!

Cherrybank always make you feel like you are the special person they’ve been waiting for all day. Their new COVID safe protocols are presented and dealt with in a very friendly way. Going to get my teeth done at Cherrybank is like a trip to a spa!

Whilst the experience was very pleasant, and the service was good, I had to return twice more after the initial filling as I was still in discomfort. Unfortunately, the issue of discomfort is still there and I’ve relocated so I can’t go back to have the work resolved. Even if I could, I’d be embarrassed to go back a third time for the same issue.

Sadly, this cost me a lot of money.

I had hoped for so much more by having the work done in a highly rated establishment.

I’d be unlikely to recommend this practice.
