Ordered cheesey chips came chips stone cold. Replacement chips came hot this time but chips very hard

Had breakfast with Santa - and what a great time it was - the children just loved it - and the two Elves entertained the children throughout getting them ready for Santa's visit. He didn't disappoint. fat and jovial with a real beard and a deep happy voice - he read the children a wonderful story before handing out their presents.
It was great for all our family, Nan & Pops, Mum & Dad and the kids

The actual shop was OK but the cafe was over priced extremely slow service . Cheap products and they have no idea how to cook poached eggs . To many staff standing around chatting . I saw 2 people leave the queue and walk out .

Utterly dreadful. The Bradmore (Nottingham) centre has 'lost its way'. The product range has been widened significantly to now include a poor and superficial assemblage of stuff you may not want, while lacking things you may need. As a staff member explained, it is now a discount store. It is trying to compete with The Range, B&M, Poundland. The horticultural and garden products are over-diversified, much like all other product ranges. Frankly, it is not worth a journey (and I live a few metres away!).

Came for breakfast, 9.30 am as a treat! So disappointed! Sausage dry and overcooked, bacon dry and looked like it had been cooked hours beforehand, toast had the butter on already ( not acceptable). It was the worst breakfast I’ve had in years !

Our family have been regular customers to cherry lane (Bradmore) for many years. We visit the cafe 2-3 times a week. Just recently all the ‘best’ staff have left the cafe and standards have massively dropped. The coffee was always fantastic however the last few months it’s been awful! Without sounding horrible the new manager does not know how to make a coffee! If he doesn’t burn the milk it’s stone cold and it’s almost like he forgets to put the coffee in. Sadly we will not be going back. On a more positive note a few of the regular staff remain…for now and they are all lovely 🙂

We just popped in today for a coffee and a scone. The scone was probably the best I have ever had whilst out and the coffee was delicious.
I would have given 5* but the counter service was very slow, I’m not blaming the staff as all of them were working flat out but I think ‘Cherry Tree’ more hands are definitely needed.

I took my daughter to the SEN Santa experience and I’d like to say how wonderful the lady was that ran it, unfortunately I can’t remember her name to send a message directly. She was absolutely amazing with my daughter and I can’t thank her enough for making the whole experience so lovely for my little girl, I will definitely be booking again for next year. Please pass on my thanks!

We had the most magical experience at the Bradmore Garden Centre for Teatime with Santa tonight! The entertainer was magnificent and it was a pleasure to watch the kids (2,5&8 yo) enjoy the magic and balloon show. The staff were all amazing and the place was beautifully decorated adding to the magic. Santa was fantastic with the kids. I am pleased to say that a small glitch in the booking system was swiftly rectified and it is wonderful to see that the staff could deal with unexpected promptly and provide great customer service. Many thanks to the whole team involved in tonight’s Santa experience - the kids will remember this night with great fondness. Merry Christmas!

Tickill garden centre Polar Express experience 2024 THE BEST Santa experience iv had in 8years! My 3 kids aged 8, 6 & 3 loved it never mind the adults. The staff made the experience will be definatly booking for next year! Well worth the money....the hot chocolate at the end really finished the experience. Thankyou so much Tickhill Garden Centre and the Staff om thw grotto.

Unfortunately, there is never enough staff in their cafe, so the queues are long and so are the wait times. The staff that do work there though are very hard working.
It was supposed to be bigger and better but it’s a nightmare with long waiting times.
The garden centre itself has a right load of cheap tat in it now. It’s definitely gone down hill since Cherry Lane took it over.
Very disappointing.

At the beginning of 2024, I was told they were making there loyalty card.
Since the changes have had no benefit to the customer.
And christmas just tsjes over the fact. YOUR A FARDEN CENTER.

Milton Keynes branch provides excellent choice of plants and much more! Groceries food clothes and a great restaurant

Visited The Barn, Cherry Lane garden centre today, for their 10% day. We had a very nice meal in the cafe. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They interacted well with all the customers, especially an elderly lady customer. Well done to all the ladies and Tyler. Also the lady on the store check out tills. All of them contributed to a very pleasant outing.

Have just been told that Cherry Lane don't do Gift Cards - the CSO wasn't even sure whether they do gift cards instore or not. Plus I was told that even if we somehow had a gift card, it could not be used online!
What a wasted opportunity.

Hi .. I am very disappointed in the service I have received today. I returned a book I had purchased as a Christmas present on Saturday . There was nothing wrong with it. The recipient had already got the book much to my disappointment.
I have been informed by the cashier that no refunds are allowed you can only have credit voucher. As a pensioner of limited income. I do not wish to leave my money in the bank of Cherry tree to use at my next visit. I needed the refund to purchase another present . I did not need a coffee at the restaurant It was suggested I use the refund for.
It got me thinking of people who spend hundreds of pounds, only to find they cannot get a refund if the product was not suitable.
I questioned my 28 day rights and it doesn't apply to
at Cherry tree apparently.
I wont be going there again. I cant spend my money at a place that as no guarantees. I advice people to be aware of this. So if you are going to spend money on clothing, or shoes, or a new Christmas tree, and its unsuitable when you get it home. You can only get a voucher to return with in 12 months .. If you don't spend that voucher in that time period your money goes into bank of Cherry tree...

Me and my husband went today with our dog who is an akita, all the staff were amazing stroking her and admiring her. We went into the cafe and the manager im guessing was so rude making comments behind us about the dog then came over to us and said thats a large dog she needs to be under the table baring in mind she was laid down under it and not in the way. She kept giving us dirty looks and could clearly see her making comments. Not welcoming at all and will not be eating there again.

Booked Santa's grotto for my children 3 months in advance of Christmas!! I am a single Dad so i have to try and work things around my ex partner which can be difficult with communication, Their T&C's are awful for event bookings..

I booked an event for the 14th December to take my kids to see Santa only to then be told by the ex partner she had a panto booked for the kids at 11am the same day.

Due to this oversight and the fact its three months away i contacted them to see if an exception could be made due to this situation.. I got the most blunt reply to email " As per t&C's no refunds as booking system does not allow it " I Didn't ask for a refund i asked for this to be moved to a later date or time.

Absolutely terrible service so far this was for (Stockton) so they are now £30+ better off and don't want to know! even though there's plenty of availability left.

Ordered an item and received an email saying my item was ready to collect. Drove 20 miles to be told the item had been packed away in there warehouse and that the would not go and get it. The staff really weren’t at all bothered and I was even told by a fellow customer that the way they had treated me was very bad.
I will never shop with this garden centre again as they clearly do not care about their customers.
