Be very careful doing business with this company. In fact I would not recommend it at all. Impossible to contact if there's an issue but they had no problem taking my money. I ordered some products which I paid for. They reimbursed me for less than what I originally paid for the products but never informed me why they couldn't fulfill the order and they never informed me why they reimbursed me for less than what I originally paid.

Have always found chemist.net very good, however, this time I placed an an order early Monday morning. The current responsible pharmacist, someone called Ihtisham Zafar, may be suffering from sleeping sickness as (two working days later) my order hasn't even been looked at let alone authorised. I emailed them asking if all was OK, yet even the common courtesy of a reply seemed to be asking too much. Don't expect I'll get my order now. And shan't be placing another one.

Chemist.net are absolutely Brilliant! I had put in an order with another chemist but emailed after purchase order not in stock and waited but still nothing 2 wks so ordered from Chemist.net. So helpful over phone, telling me not in stock but are ordering more should I put in order it could despatch quickly. Oh yes Monday 20th June 2022 afternoon ordered today 22nd June arrived as promised. This chemist is fair good customer care, friendly and honest,will continue with this company as I used to use them a lot but ended trying somewhere else as delivery was free. Won't bother no more with them should have stuck with this company.

I bought 40 pill holders for an old age home in February 2022. Today I received the first 10. Holding thumbs I will receive the rest shortly.

My first few orders was great with them. However now they are claiming that they do 3 checks before sending products out, but I have recived my most recent order without two of the most expensive pieces of medication and when asked where they are and to redispatch, they are now not answering my calls or emails. They are rebranding, so I'm assuming to get away from all of the negative reviews posted about Chemist.net ... the lady made me out to be a liar and said that I would need to look into it, why offer a service if you're not going to follow it through to the end.

This chemist sent me the wrong tablets, so I emailed them three times telling them that they’d made a mistake. I expected a refund, however I didn’t even receive an email reply. Sending the wrong medication is as dangerous as it is irresponsible and I will not buy from this company again.

Have used chemist.net for over a year to purchase Aymes products. When we encountered a problem, no response was offered. Since we pay over £40 each month, I’m disappointed.

Placed order they took payment never even dispatched items ignored messages and emails. This is criminal stay away from this company say it was getting delivered never arrived 3 days after delivery date. 12 days after order was completed

Damaged order received. Immediate re- order sent out.

Overall very good experience with this pharmacy. Very responsible customer service. Particular products are little bit pricey but the service and shipping are very accurate.

I ordered 6 weeks ago and after many many e-mails and phonecalls I still have not received my order nor a refund. They don't reply to e-mails, rarely answer the phone, and don't return answerphone messages. I can only assume that the one occasion the phone was answered and I was told my order was sent to the wrong address and would be resent to the correct address that this was a blatant lie.
