30 minutes with Alison at CheetahTransformation saved me literally hundreds of hours work. The guys are amazing, so helpful and friendly and I always leave a call with a smile on my face and the problem solved!

Thanks very much, if only all companies were this great!

Been working with Cheetah Transformation for several projects the last year. They've provided extremely valuable support for the Smartsheet Platform, including developing a complete document control center (DCC), a superior alternative to MS Project / Safran, and continuous support for whatever problems we throw at them.

This company is highly professional, don't oversell or underdeliver, and love a good challenge. I can highly recommend using Cheetah Transformation for everything related to Smartsheet.

Alison and team are excellent. They are on hand whenever we need them and any queries are resolved normally within half a day.

Definitely recommend.

What can I say?! Rob is brilliant!! As a complete newbie to Smartsheets he has taught me how to create a Project Plan and add automation in two hours. He has a patient and generous approach - willing to share his own templates. I highly recommend!!!

I worked with Gary Thornton and Rob Eberstein from Cheetah on a complex Smartsheet Implementation in Q4 of 2021 for managing large scale Cloud Transformation Programs. As the Exec Sponsor for the implementation was extremely happy with the key outcomes. The solution focused on all aspects of cloud migration factory use case - from intake through to portfolio level insights. We eliminated a number of disaggregated excel sheets and improved program level tracking and governance.
The team was exceptional all the way, and Smartsheet is now a foundational application in my organization for managing both external and internal stakeholders. Gary and Rob always made themselves available, gave expert solutions and always delivered. I highly recommend them!

Our events team have worked with Rob and Hanna from CheetahTransformation for over a year now, and they have helped us create a bespoke project management tool with Smartsheets that has been pivotal in the way we work and how we report on our business. Rob has fully supported us, no question or task is too big or too small, he always provides a solution. Thank you to the team and we look forward to continuing our work with you.

I rarely come across real talents who stand out like Rob Eberstein and Gary Thornton. I have worked with them in a very challenging Smartsheet implementation in the Pharma field. They dealt with tough situations effortlessly. Rob and Gary were always available to listen to any questions we had and found creative solutions. Cheetah Transformation earned doubtless my highest recommendation.

During my time at Enfusion, I had the pleasure to work with Gary and Rob from Cheetah who helped transform the way projects were managed.

Really impressed with their deep knowledge and ability to solve complex problems.

10/10 would recommend!

I worked with Gary Thornton and Rob Eberstein from Cheetah on a complex SmartSheet Implementation in Q1 / Q2 of 2021. I was the Exec Sponsor for the implementation, and could not be happier with the results. The team was first class all the way, and SmartSheet is now a foundational application in my organization for managing both internal and external projects. Gary and Rob always made themselves available, gave expert insights and always delivered. They are also just really great people. I highly recommend them!

Exceptional support, knowledge, and experience with the team at Cheetah Transformation. We're a new and disruptive industry and needed complex, quick, bespoke solutions that weren't always obvious. Gary feels like part of our team, he goes above and beyond every time.

Very good service and support provider.
Attentive and prompt response.

I was introduced to Rob and Cheetah Transformation through our contact at Smart Sheets. From our first meeting Rob was enthusiastic and engaging. Our zoom meetings were very productive and Rob gave me tips on how to streamline our processes. The company I worked for required Smart Sheets Dynamic View to enable us to work more efficiently. Rob has set this up for us and provided us with amazing support. One of Robs team members Gary, has set up complex formulas for us and they work amazingly again allowing us to streamline all of our processes and improve our efficiency. The cost of the service is definitely worth it as it will save us an amazing amount of man hours going forward and also limit human error as our processes are now automatic.
5* service from Rob and Gary from start to finish. I would 100% recommend Cheetah Transformation.

Arla has for quite a long time partner with Cheetah Transformation to organise some of our internal ways of working via Smartsheet.

What stood out to us is the team's (Rob & Alison) can-do attitude and their always positive and delightful demeanor to get the job done.

We have benefited much from the partnership and would definitely recommend any company looking to upscale on smartsheet to work with Cheetah Transformation.

I have worked with Rob and Alison for a prolonged period of time and I can safely say they are the friendliest and most helpful consultants I have ever met! Nothing that you ask will ever be too much. We have come away with a robust and practical solution to our everyday work and more than anything I have learnt so much working with them.

Following a NPD project management with Rob & Alison, I can safely say that my eyes have been further opened to Smartsheet's true potential.

The webinar was clear and concise, with some fantastic live examples demonstrating how to build and implement project management Smartsheets, and dashboards alike.

Thank you very much Cheetah Transformation!

Excellent from start to finish.
Rob & Helen clearly know their stuff in Smartsheets, and are very knowledgeable.
Very well organised, clear & easy to follow. Everything used smartsheets, inc the agenda for the day.
They have left us with a folder in SS to use going forward. I would highly recommend, and we will be using Cheetah Transformation again for sure!

Rob was incredibly helpful and understood our business needs in order to create a bespoke Smartsheets system

We were completely new to Smartsheets and the training we received has been excellent and tailored to our requirements.

Rob and the team at Cheetah have been instrumental in delivering our new innovation process and tools through Smartsheet. They worked with us to understand our challenges, develop solutions and roll out a very bespoke system. Feedback on this throughout the business has been fantastic and Rob has very much become part of our team. We will be working with him moving forwards to keep the tool and process relevant. We couldn't have done it without him.

Highly recommended from everyone at Arla!!

Rob helped us build a system using Smartsheet to track our spending and compare against budgets. Rob really took the time to understand our business and the issues we were facing and designed something that does exactly what we need it to do at a really fair price. I would not hesitate to recommend Rob and I intend to use his services going forward to implement further systems.
