I believe her name is Angela. Anyway she's the general manager at my local Kendallville branch. She is just awesome. She also treats people with respect. She's friendly. I think she's doing a great job.

I am very happy but if I need some money you guys are there things pop up and I need some cash quick and I'm thankful that you are here in La Puente the staff has always been very kind helpful informative and respectful I enjoy funny to say going in there and doing what I need to do. I do appreciate the reminder calls and the calls to say we're still here for you because sometimes working two jobs I'm very busy. I guess I could say that your staff at the La Puente check into Cash are like a family member that helps me out when I need it thank you.

When I enter the Check into Cash store, immediately I'm greeted with smiles, professionalism, and just overwhelming courtesy. The staff is Awesome!!!!!! They make you feel at home. The customer service is excellent. Regina is very knowledgeable, patient, friendly and helpful as well as the other representatives who work alongside her. I have had to need these services a number of times lately, so the kindness and professionalism has helped a great deal.

The old staff is gone and your new staff, cares and not doing you a favor to serve you. I don't have to use your company, I hate rep offs from banks. The one thing you really need to change for your customers is your updating, your card machine and be able to have the cash, credited to your bank account directrly. Your really outdated and a inconvenice for customer service. Keep improving and you will earn more stars.
