After being up most of the night trying to apply for a payday loan, at a desperate time in our lives, we got a phone call from Miranda, at the Bakersfield office on White Lane, and made an appointment for that afternoon.
Miranda made it all so simple and was kind enough to "yell" at my boyfriend, as he is very hard of hearing.
Although we did not get as much as we needed, we still got approved for a small loan, at an affordable price, which helped our situation for the time being.

Priscilla check into cash representative horrible racist service was given to me. Took down all my personal financial information and did NOT show me she shredded it. Called a female rep over the phone to confirm my loan process. In the beginning she spoke English and then started speaking Spanish to hide her conversation about me. Denied my loan process and handed me by my request the privacy release form of check into cash. She refused to give me her name and covered her face when I attempted to take a picture for any fraudulent future issues with my information. She called 9-11 on me for no reason and claimed that it was a private property and business that I could not take a picture of her. She took me through taking a picture of me with a web cam on her computer monitor and filling out everything just to do all this in a DENIED loan process and calling law enforcement on a black young man just coming in to be serviced with a loan. Speedy Cash is a merged entity with Check Into Cash. Speedy Cash has the total opposite customer experience. Speedy Cash should never want to merge with Check Into Cash they are bigots and horrible in customer experiences and services!

Tonia is very polite, courteous, and professional as well as an asset to the company! Definitely a people person!!!

What time and help me with whatever it was that I needed done she explained everything to me and made sure that I understood what needed what was needed to be understood. When I called other days to see if I can get an extension she explained it to me that I couldn't get a another month but that I could get an extension for a couple of more days which was fine still need the extension but I'm going to work something out.

When you are told by everyone e that you can be guaranteed a loan no matter what your credit score is and then you can't get one then to me it is all lies. No matter the reason for a loan some people just need help. I have been trying for 3 weeks.

I don’t like how my payment is deducted from my debit card immediately but it can’t be credited to that same debit card. I have to wait 2-3 days to receive the money in my checking account.
