They are big scammers! They show you an air ticket price, then, they take almost all your data and then they increase the price.
Stay away from them!

I am unable to process a refund for a flight that was booked through Cheap Ticket because the support contact is not available anymore. My flight was cancelled by Indigo Airlines on 7 Dec 2025. Indigo apparently processed the refund to Cheap Flights on 13 Dec 2025. However, Cheap Flights is not contactable anymore. In my opinion, such platforms are not customer friendly or trustworthy. My loss!

Lesser fare as compare to any other travel sites. Since I was first time passenger but started with good experience. NAME OF THE SITE MATTERS.

Have a flight I want to book, I fill in all the details and when it comes to paying the amount, the price doubles!!!!! Extremely disappointed in this service and it's highly unreliable.

The worst website website I have ever encountered. It shows a price to lure people, and just when you try to book the tickets, BAM! the price is up my nearly CAD 1700. Highly disappointing.

All these are just fraud, after booking the tickets your money will be debited, but they wont send the tickets/pnr and tell that its airline peoples mistake.

Booked a flight but didn’t get a confirmation mail booking ID nothing asking for refund the whole team is not even the patient - a whole of 3 people work in their customer team prachi Sachin Rastogi and Vikas no body helps in fact they’ll hang up on you.

They charge an insane amount of fees for booking or reissue of flights, claiming it as service charges—many times taking almost a 3rd of the flight fare.
Also, their customer support is terrible & rude, not focused on making customers happy or keeping the quality of the firm high.

I recently had a VERY BAD EXPERIENCE
Booked a Ticket BOM To AUH on GO FIRST for 10th JUN , At the time of booking I was informed that the baggage ALLOWANCE for THIS ROUTE is 40 KGS ( 2pcs ) ON THE WEBSITE and also on calling the CUSTOMER SERVICE ( staff Rushan )
I issued the ticket only after receiving the Verbal Confirmation of 40 KG baggage
Once i got the ticket the ETICKET says 20 KG Baggage ONLY
After issuing the ticket i receive a call from the same STAFF RUSHAN that there is a system error ( technical glitch ) and the baggage allowance is wrong
I called several times to speak to SOMEONE SENIOR , BUT the call was always attended by same staff RUSHAN
He refused to transfer the line to his seniors and also banged the phone on my face once
After a few hrs i sent a written complaint and the reply comes from the same staff ( RUSHAN )

SO I DONOT UNDERSTAND IF THIS IS A PROFESSIONAL COMPANY WITH STAFF OR ONLY 1 STAFF RUSHAN
PLEASE DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AS ITS FRAUD , THEY TEMPT you with offers and then do not provide the same and refuse to attend to COMPLAINTS and their CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS

Their site is designed to not give refunds even if the airline does refund them. When you call customer service they left you waiting and hang up on you from the computer options. Horrible service!!
Ellos no devuelven el dinero despues de una cancelacion aunque la aeroline les devuelva a ellos. Te dejan esperando en linea y te cortan la llamada cuando llamas al numero de ayuda al cliente. Esa asi desde el computador que te contesta.

Horrible service, my flights changed and no one bothered to notify me, I realized in Viena, I was sleeping there because my connection was cancelled....Horrible, never again. Wish I would have checked the reviews before.

I could not trace my booking although the payment has been done. After trying to get in touch with someone (never possible) I received a mail cancelling my booking and saying that they did not know when the refunding could be done.

Quite frankly the worst travel agent company i have ever had dealing with.
After nine of asking for my refund i am still no further forward!

Avoid at all costs! Cheap and Nasty at best!

I would like to give 5 ***** for giving me best deal from India ,It was really a cheap deal from all the online deals.

I will give 3 *** for refund ,I had to do lots of follow up with KLM and Cheap ticket service but finally I got my refund back today . I would say you guys still have hope to get your refund if you make follow up with Airline and Cheapticket.....Cheap ticket agents are good :)

They owe me 3 lakh rupees. It has been over 6 months and they have not refunded it. They respond with the same email saying that the airlines is too busy to process a refund.

Cheaters... Its been five months since i have cancelled my ticket to Toronto. No refund has been done yet.

When I checked with airlines, they said they haven't received fund at the airline. I really dont know whether these poeple gonna return my money.

This company cheapticket is a fraud cheating firm which eats up all ticket funds. DONOT GET CONNED BY THIER DIRTY CHEAP OFFERS AND SPOIL UR FUNDS. THEY NEED TO BE SUED FOR THIER CHEATING . AS NAME GOES THEY ARE KNOWN AS CHEAPSTERS AND WILL NOT BOTHER TO REFUND YOUR MONEY EVEN IF AIRLINES DO SO. BE AWARE!!!

i wish I could give a zero star for this joke of a business. Its amazing how they can state simply that it would take 3-6 months to process a refund and when asked about it again, their response was to re-forward the same mail they sent earlier.

Stay away from this. I lost quite a bit from booking with them

They rip you off come to find out they over charged me, I would have saved 300.00 if I had booked my vacation myself their bundle packages are a rip off!!!
