Highly recommend Scionn for any travel assistance!
I was so impressed with the service provided by Scionn today when I was trying to find and book plane tickets overseas for my family! Scionn went well beyond expectations and that which I have experienced in previous similar interactions with travel consultants. He made me feel valued. He clearly is on top of his brief as he had answers for most of my queries and any he wasn’t certain of the answer he researched and rang me back promptly with the answer. He listened to my requests and then searched for the best price for flights taking into account all my requirements. He did not push the sale but rather advised me to take my time in making my decision even though it meant that he did not get the sale on his shift.
Scionn displayed great respect (I am sure some of my queries were banal) and enthusiasm, so much so that I decided to continue with the purchase. I am only sorry that he did not receive the credit for the sale since it did not occur on his shift even though he invested so much time into helping me today.
Scionn made this complicated search and transaction easy.
I would highly recommend his services!
