Before ordering I had some questions about products they sell. For example a type of glitter which they gave a different name than the original brand. I’ve emailed three (!) times with a question about this, but never received a reply.
This does not seem as a reliable and trustworthy website.
My advice: order somewhere else, or with the original brands!

So I bought well prior to Halloween a goth dress but unfortunately it was too big for me and I had to go through all the hard process of returning it having to email the company to get an authorisation code then I were sent a form which I had to print at my cost and fill in as well as pay £6.90 for postage back to them i so i can get my small £18 back. They recieved the dress the following day then 2 weeks passed no refund so I contacted them about it and they came with an excuse that during halloween it might take up to week n half for the return anyways, halloween is well gone so today I confronted them again for my refund and they sent a discusting full of lies message saying I've returned the dress in a awful condition which is a total lie the dress was returned in the same condition it was recieved will all tags and labels attached to it. I wouldn't recommend anyone ordering from them as 1st it's a hassle to return second there is a big chance they will find a reason not to give the money back. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Thank you to all the readers hope you won't have to have my experience.

I ordered and paid for a fancydress suit Had an email a couple of hours later that said my size was not in stock. I was offered a smaller size … I emailed back to explain the smaller size would not fit and could I please have a refund. I was refunded the full amount within 45 minutes great customer service. I would definitely recommend this company and would definitely use in future

IF YOU WANT TO SEE DISAPPOINTMENT ON YOUR CHILD'S FACE, choose this company. I paid extra for express delivery, but the order never arrived, and the company didn't contact me at all until I emailed them.
For the same price , including next-day delivery, you can get the same items from a reliable store. Here, you don't know who is sending your order, and nothing is clear. Totally unacceptable

Don’t shop at this company. The guy emailing was so rude and refused to give me a refund because I tried something on - the item was in perfect condition. Terribe customer service.

Utterly useless.

My parcel has gone missing, I live in a new-build property. On the delivery photo provided by Royal Mail you can tell that this isn’t my property. I’ve been going back and forth with them for over two weeks provided all evidence but still not enough, and the experience has been TERRIBLE. I’ve even been accused of being a scammer simply because I have both a first and middle name, which is absolutely ridiculous. I have send pictures of my property now his asking me for videos RUDE RUDE RUDE!!! The person on the phone also very threatening and aggressive over the phone. This has been a HORRIBLE experience. Avoid using CHEAPEST FANCY DRESS at all costs!!!!!!

Quality of product fine, however to get a refund was like pulling teeth, no response to emails, manager advised ‘ we only do refunds once a month as it’s a pain’ the worst customer service I’ve experienced.. still awaiting refund!

Absolutely terrible service. Unbelievably rude to customers and they don’t even bother to send your item on time despite paying £5.95 for faster delivery. When you ask to return and receive a refund you’re met with unprofessionalism. Do not waste your time with this company

Absolutely awful don’t shop in this fancy dress costume place it is awful so horrible, so unprofessional very abusive towards me I will not be going there ever again I am very upset on how they treated, very bad quality of clothing and very abusive . Don’t even get me started on Patrick

Really helpful!! I ordered a ringmaster costume and it was unfortunately sent out for delivery without my house number on it so it was returned to sender. I called and spoke to a really helpful lady who updated the system for me. 2 days later I called again to check on this order as it was urgent, it was sent straight back out to me and to my delivery address of choice. Unfortunately, the costume was poorly fitted (not their fault) I called to arrange a return which is really simple and easy. The only reason I have given 4 stars instead of 5 is that the returns are not free.
