Very reluctant to refund when double charge occurs
They are nice, reliable, fast and amazing service so far, however, after some double-charge occurs, they are reluctant to cancel the double-charged credit card payment. According to them, cancelling the double-charged amount is not good at their business and also telling me that their manager is mad (which is obviously an unnecessary information) and the credit card fee is too expensive and so on.. (the double charge occured here because of they sent none of payment confirmation after trying several times).
After that, they try to refund me by Paypal, sending money as "Buying something from me", which can paypal hold the money up to 21 days. So long stories short, they issued a refund to me but in different methods, let me wait for up to 21 days to get the money back. Horrible customer service when it comes to the refund.
