Dear Customer,
We strongly refute these unverified and repetitive spam claims. Upon cross-checking our historical records, we found no order ID, booking details, or customer interaction linked to this account.
As an industry-leading platform dedicated to offering live PNR generation with the fastest delivery times and most affordable rates, we maintain complete transparency in all our operations.
We take fake or malicious reviews without any verified purchase details very seriously. Such generic spam comments do not reflect the true quality of our services or the trust of our verified customers.

Cheating customers by taking the money
Cheating customers by taking the money, not providing refunds, no tickets, and no proper payments. The lady over call has no idea about order or the money deducted and very dubious and shady way of conducting business. I lost my money but writing this review so that you don’t have to

Antwort von Cheapdummyticket
Dear Customer,
We are deeply saddened to read about your experience and sincerely apologize for any stress caused. We operate with 100% honesty and integrity, and cheating or withholding customer money goes completely against our business principles.
As a market-leading platform, we take pride in delivering live PNR tickets in the fastest timeframe and at the most affordable rates. Sometimes, rare technical glitches can prevent an order or payment notification from reaching our support team immediately. Since we verify all payments via screenshot/proof to protect against unauthorized transactions, our agent might not have found your booking details instantly during your call.
We maintain a strict and fair refund policy. If your ticket was not issued and payment was deducted, we will issue a full refund upon payment verification.
Even though this review was posted earlier, your satisfaction remains important to us. Please share your payment proof or registered contact details with us at cheapdummyticket@gmail.com so we can verify the transaction and process your refund at the earliest. Thank you for your patience.

So funktioniert Trustpilot
