I placed an order on November 3 and still haven't received my order. I reached out to the company via Instagram and haven't received a response. I've sent emails but their website and email for support have been deactivated. I also reached out to Chaymeriyia Moncrief via Instagram but my messages are being ignored. I try my best to support black-owned businesses but it's sad when your own people take advantage of you.

I placed my order on their site back in October 2022. They kept auto-emailing the warehouse received a high volume of orders they were working through. Nearly 4 months later my emails are not being responded to and their website is offline. This company is a scam do NOT order. Now I see the owner has launched another tshirt line that Instagram keeps sending me ads for. How insulting

This place is a scam! I purchased my hoodie back in November 2022 and still have yet to receive anything or communication from these people. I would at-least like to get refunded for my purchase. I was looking forward to the hoodie and realized that they kept blaming the warehouse or vendor for not sending the item. This is unacceptable. Never order from these people. Crazy thing is, I DON’T WRITE REVIEWS, this really got me bent and disappointed!

I placed my order in November 2022, it was to be a Christmas gift. I NEVER received it. I've emailed countless times and keep getting the same generic email response. I've requested a refund and still nothing. I give up! If this is the only way you can make money by scamming others, more power to you. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Like so many others that have given their reviews, I ordered 2 Sweatshirts on 11/30/2022 and have only received a 5th notice email on 12/9/2022. The Notice email was to let me know that they turned over 6,000 plus orders to a 3rd party to assist with fulfilling orders. I reached out 3 times using the website that can no longer be accessed and says it's currently unavailable and has a sign that says we'll be back soon. I can only assume this means they are done and my $42.80 is in the wind. I doubt I will be receiving my 2 hoodies, which is sad but that's the internet today.

I placed an order on 10/20/22 and as of 1/9/23 have yet to receive it. The order has been in pre shipment since 11/14/22. I've made several attempts by Email to resolve this matter and have yet to actual here back from any from your company.

I ordered from this company almost 2 months ago and haven’t received my item. I attempted to reach out to them several times, they do not take DM’s on Instagram I have filled out their form on their website several times , no response, as well as emailed them. Once I reached out to The Shop App. , I finally received a email titled 5th attempt ( that was a whole lie) yet and still that was a month ago. On Instagram it says the name of this company has been changed four times and as recently as 90 days ago. SMH 🤦🏽‍♀️
I just received a smart a$! Response 🤦🏽‍♀️ so I will be filing a BBB complaint as well.
I will say thank you for my refund if or when I get it . But don’t get spicy with me because you all are shady. And the all the name changes are probably because you shady. For a “millionaire “ you would expect better professionalism, better customer service and definitely a better representative other this Lynn to represent you!

As I read all the reviews I see I am not the only one who is being had from this black owned fake company.. I to have placed an order a month and week ago.. I have emailed and dm this company numerous of times. It was only when I placed a negative comment on there website that they scrubbed might I add!!!!! I think the creator Chaymeriyia Moncrief assistant Lynn Grayson sent me a generic email saying there is a message at the top of the website says there is a delay cause of the overwhelming influx of orders there is a delay from that.. If you create a professional business and want it to be successful then do the necessary steps to make your business successful.. If you run out of product, you can tell the consumer it is sold out!!!! The more I write this comment the more I realize we have been had and this company is a fake you guys and the authorities need to be involved… The crazy thing is this could be a company that would make a lot of money if they would just be legit… A true disgrace for the black community truly disappointed!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY…. I hope I am helping someone @_jusgene_

Purchased a hoodie 10/29. 11/21 received a message about a UPS label being created. Today is Dec 4 and still nothing! I have sent a couple of emails to follow up. I hope the hoodie is worth the purchase but at this point if I don’t have it by Christmas I will be requesting a refund! How unprofessional. In process of creating a claim with the BBB. Do not order from this company a scam!

I ordered two sweatshirts on Oct. 23rd. After 3 weeks, I reached out to the company via email to get an update on the order and within the Shop App the product process has not changed. It’s now November 20th and I still have not received the two sweatshirt nor any communication on this issue.

It’s been over 6 weeks and haven’t received the product. Contacted company several times and said they would get back to me. Package slip was created but never updated/and stayed in originating city.

I placed an Order on September 26th. I never received the product. I messaged the company through Instagram & email and never received a response. I was finally able to get a response on October 24th stating that they were unaware that the package was missing and would update me in 12-24 hours. I then sent emails on October 26, 30, and November 3rd with NO RESPONSE. Finally I received a reply to an email on November 7th stating that the package was severely damaged and they were sending a new one. My single hoodie was finally delivered on November 10th. The hoodie looks nice and the quality of work is great! Love it

The ordering process was extremely easy, and the salt that was happening was an even better perk. My order arrived shortly after and I am very pleased with the products I ordered!

Hooded sweatshirt materials was Thin. Expected it to be much thicker. Not sure how it will look after wash. Love the personal Note that came with the sweatshirt.
