Service walking in was great
Service walking in was great, I asked for my shaved part to be evened out and then a shag on the longer hair. He said he knew how to do a shag.....I ended up with a Bob, not happy.

Expensive mistake.
Called in to get a trim and asked for someone who was really good with bangs - my senior stylist cut them straight across and with my hair texture, it is very unflattering for my face shape, plus the sides are uneven. It looks, quite frankly, ridiculous. I have to put them up until they grow out enough to fix.
