I’m travelling across Canada
I’m travelling across Canada, and I popped into one location to see if they could fit me in for a haircut. They were fully booked, but called ahead to the other location and I was in the chair getting my haircut within 10 minutes.
It’s a fabulous cut and the staff were so warm and welcoming!

I went to Chatters in Aberdeen Mall…
I went to Chatters in Aberdeen Mall Kamloops,BC at opening to see if they had an opening for foils and a cut, they did not but the lady called their other store and I was able to get in immediately! The staff were amazing at both stores. However, when I arrived at the store, the staff greeted me vey cordial! The stylist, Mary, was outstanding! The reception desk even called my regular stylist, Robert, in Airdrie, Alberta to find out the colour codes for my foils. I always use Chatters. The service in both the Kamloops stores today was above and beyond expectations! Thank you Mary for my beautiful hair!!! My home Chatters, Airdrie, and my stylist Robert are equally outstanding!

Discount not honoured. My stylist Ashton was wonderful. She told me I would receive 15% off hair services today but the receptionist did not process the discount and when I asked would not honour it. She said someone would get back to me but nobody has. Disappointing

A great cut from an expert stylist
Joven made time in his schedule to give me a great cut! I was scheduled for a blow out only, but the cut was so much better. I'm going to keep the style he gave me .
