Amazing cut
Amazing cut, my only complaint is they didn’t use heat protection while blow drying and she was burning my scalp while blow drying.

Worst hair experience ever
Worst hair experience ever. Didn't listen, and then wouldn't fix. Charged twice as much as what I was quoted. Will never ever ever recommend this salon again. Very unfortunate as I traveled 3hrs for this appointment after having the absolute best appointment with Emily last time. Unfortunately she was fully booked so I went with another stylist just assuming I'd have another great hair appointment with another Chatters professional. But this time what I got was Absolutely zero customer service.
Update: I was outside crying after the front desk offered no solution other than to come back within the next 2 weeks if I was still unhappy and feeling absolutely deflated I
happened to meet the kindest lady Annie who just happened to be a Chatter's hair stylist. She was concerned and offered to see if she could help. There was some back & forth but long story short Annie fit me in around her busy afternoon and pulled off an absolute miracle fix. I am beyond incredibly grateful for Annie, her empathy and her professionalism. She absolutely saved the day.

Friendly and helpful staff
I was welcomed so friendly by my name by staff members and then my stylist Ashton came and greeted me and said she was with a client and she welcomes me here. I was ahead of schedule.
Ashton as well as the staff members always tell me what sales are on and help me with any products I may be inquiring about. Ashton did a great style with me as I let her drive so to speak and to do what she felt was right for me. It kept so well. Today is Monday and its is still great. Thanks Ashton.

My stylist was Annee - she took the time to understand what I wanted and needed for my son's upcoming wedding. She was extremely personable and so friendly.
The salon booked me in right away and all the staff were very very kind and friendly, full of compliments!
