Great salon
I went in and late in the day on a Sunday of a long weekend and they got me in at the last minute for a bang trim. Everybody was really nice and helpful.

The service was great
The service was great, but the washing my hair before they put the dye on my hair was a first for me.
Usually the hair is washed after the roots are coloured. And, the little trim I received; The sides aren’t even. I live four hours away, so I can’t even go back in and ask for a ‘touch up’ as I only get into town every couple of months. Was a nice person who did my hair, but when my friends notice the hair… that isn’t a good thing. I do like the product I purchased. I will always purchase product at chatters, but no more hair cuts in Winnipeg. Thank you

I let the stylist know what I wanted…
I let the stylist know what I wanted and even showed pictures. When she finished it didn't look like what I asked but thought that once I wash it and re-styled it will look more like what I asked.
Unfortunately it does not, I believe that the stylist with more "experience" will do whatever she feels like at the moment. Very disappointed will never book an appointment with her.

Kid friendly
The stylist was kind and patient with my son who doesn't usually enjoy haircuts. He was giggling and smiling the whole time. She listened to what he wanted done with his hair.

They did an excellent job with her hair…
They did an excellent job with her hair the recolour was fabulous I would highly recommend them. It was exactly what she wanted. The salon lady was very patience after having to fix a botched dye from another salon and made sure she had the perfect hair and just what she wanted. Her hair is now the perfect colour and so wavy and silky now. Thank you so much.

I didn’t get the haircut I asked for
I didn’t get the haircut I asked for. The technician was very nice but I thought they understood my vision, I even showed photos. it’s significantly shorter than I asked for and not styled the way I had asked. It will grow but I’m not likely to be a return customer.
