Very lovely staff and experience
I called Chatters while walking around the mall to see if they did walk-ins which they confirmed they do. I was then greeted by the stylist Nataliya who also did a wash, cut, and blow dry for me. She was very lovely throughout and did such a great job for me.

It was my 11 year old daughter’s first time getting her hair cut. Laura at Bayshore Mall was her stylist and this women was fantastic! My daughter is very chatty and full of life and Laura made her feel comfortable and was incredibly patient and welcoming of my daughter’s conversation. My daughter absolutely loved her hair and even got some hair dye in the way out. We will be back to see Laura for sure!! Such a great first experience for my daughter

Tina is very good to cut hair
Tins is very good to cut hair. She really did what I ask her. I did not give her a 5 star because she likes to move me around. I can be facing sides, back and I prefer always facing front but that's the way she was trained. Again as for as cutting hair she's very good.

Lovely Staff and Selection of Products
I really enjoy checking out all the different beauty products they have. For my haircut, the entire staff was super friendly and easy to talk to. I got the perfect haircut I wanted, plus the hair wash and head massage was so relaxing!

Our hairdresser
Our hairdresser, Karen, is the reason we go to Chatters. My daughters snd I have been going to skateboard to get our hair cuts snd, in my case, highlights for many years. She is a great hairdresser - very skilled and friendly. We are always happy with the results.

I am not one to complain
I am not one to complain, I know my hair was thin and needed to be cut. I was worried about length and asked not to go above a certain length. I could tell it was too short while it was still wet. I don't think I would return.
