Salon was dirty
Salon was dirty. Sink looked as though it hadn't been cleaned and had quite a bit of hair in the drain. Chair also looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a while. Paid over $70 for a shampoo and trim. Will not be returning.

This was my first time at your salon
This was my first time at your salon. I do not have my hair cut too often because I find some of the hairstylist I have been to in the past never listen to want I want or need and do their own ideas. I have curly hair and in the past have walked out of their salons in tears. Today my experience at Chatters - Barrhaven with Waheeda was the best I have ever experienced!! This was the first time since COVID that I have had a cut. Waheeda was just amazing, she listened, advised and made me the happiest girl walking out. I will be back!! For sure!

Kind of rough with brushing
Kind of rough with brushing. Was also charged for an “advanced” cut but it was a super basic cut so I found. That a bit weird. Overpriced for sure for what I got.
