Un grand merci au Château Gassies !

Nous avons célébré notre mariage dans ce lieu absolument somptueux et tout a été parfait du début à la fin.

Dès nos premiers échanges, l’équipe a fait preuve d’une communication impeccable et d’une grande réactivité. Le personnel est incroyablement accueillant, bienveillant et toujours à l'écoute, ce qui nous a permis de vivre les préparatifs et le jour J en toute sérénité.

Un immense point fort réside également dans la qualité de leurs prestataires partenaires. Tous les professionnels recommandés par le château ont été d'un professionnalisme exemplaire et ils ont grandement contribué à la réussite de notre événement.

Le domaine est grandiose, l'organisation est fluide et l'atmosphère est tout simplement féerique. Si vous cherchez un lieu d’exception pour votre mariage, nous vous recommandons le Château Gassies les yeux fermés car ce fut une expérience magique et inoubliable pour nous ainsi que pour l'ensemble de nos invités.

Chateau Gassies is an absolutely beautiful venue! We had the honour of attending a wedding on these magnificent grounds. The attention to detail and care of the guests by Proprietor Geraldine and the Chateau Gassies Team was both professional and excellent in every way, creating a truly unforgettable experience.

Château Gassies is the kind of place you dream of for the perfect event - in our case a wedding weekend. The accommodation was delightful and the structure of the rooms actually made for bringing family/friends closer together. The breakfast and breakfast room were wonderful as was the main dining room. The quality of the wedding dinner was top notch as one might hope for in France and the Sunday brunch was especially enjoyable. The service at the wedding dinner was just so great - the staff could not have been more obliging and helpful, smiling all the time and sharing our joy of the occasion.
The grounds are ample, even sprawling and the mini lake makes for some wonderful photo ops. The pre-wedding dinner cocktails were great, helped by compliant weather.
The overall service was unobtrusive yet efficient and the golf buggy to bring luggage to the rooms was a really nice touch.

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Géraldine, Ben, and the entire Gassies team for creating such an extraordinary wedding weekend. Their genuine warmth, attentiveness, and care for our guests made everyone feel instantly at ease from the moment we arrived. The entire experience flowed effortlessly from beginning to end. The venue was also ideally situated, making it easy for our international guests to travel to and from Bordeaux.

The guest rooms, courtyards, reception spaces, and overall grounds were impeccably maintained, with a remarkable eye for detail throughout. Each space was thoughtfully designed and beautifully furnished. The expansive gardens and woodland were among our favourite features, especially as everything was in stunning bloom. The pool area provided our guests with somewhere to enjoy the weather, and the Orangerie was particularly charming and provided a perfect setting for gathering over breakfast.

We also greatly valued the collaboration with Gassies’ trusted partners, who played an important role in making our wedding day so special. We, along with our family and friends, had an incredible time.

While we already felt confident in our choice, Château Gassies went far beyond our expectations. We truly could not have selected a more perfect venue or location for our wedding celebrations. Thanks so much for giving us the wedding of our dreams, we will remember it forever.

Chateau Gassies is a truly magical place - a beautiful venue, with fantastic facilities, loads of space both in the accommodation and with the grounds to relaxm unwind and celebrate. We enjoyed a wonderful weekend there celebrating a family wedding.
Clean, tidy, spacious, elegant and a stunning backdrop to all of the photos. We also enjoyed using the pool, sauna, steam room and gym. Thank you to Geraldine and team for a wonderful weekend of celebrations.

We were given such a warm welcome by Geraldine and her husband that immediately we felt at home. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and the château is stunning! Accommodation is also fabulous with everything you might need provided.
Wandering around the gardens, exploring the beautiful scenery, play areas, swimming pools, we were impressed at how sympathetically our hosts had restored this property .
My son and his beautiful bride were able to enjoy their celebrations with family and friends from all over the world in the most beautiful setting, knowing that the team at Château Gassies would have their back if needed, and they provided a professional but friendly service. A huge hug and warm au revoir, plus a delightful follow up from Geraldine, has firmly cemented our wedding weekend with them as one of the most special memories we have ever made. Thank you both.

Poised on a hill overlooking nearby Bordeaux, this idyllic chateau has been beautifully renovated with wonderful style and taste. The owners extended us a very warm welcome to the perfect setting for our son's wedding celebration. With friendly, helpful staff to assist with arrangements and a meet-and-greet for arriving resident guests, the whole event went wonderfully smoothly. There's ample, well thought out provision for caterers and inclement weather reducing possible worries for the happy couple. We cannot recommend it highly enough.

Amazing and beyond expectations.Beautiful and dreamlike setting.It was a brilliant experience having our daughters wedding there.When we come back to the Bordeaux we would not stay anywhere else!

Spectacular does not do the Château, justice! It was dreamlike experience for us. The grounds and the setting was perfect. The rooms are spacious and immaculate. My daughter wedding was perfect! The staff and owners made this a truly memorable experience. Merci!!!

As the father of the groom I’m not sure how the weekend could have been any better. The whole event was just a joy from bigging to end. It’s a real credit to the Team at Gassies that such a potentially complex event passed without a hitch.
