What can I say, outstanding! Charm school uk sent my charm which I received on the 21/12/20 and they had sent the wrong charm out. When I went on their site it told me that the firm was on shutdown from the 21st until after the New Year so on the off chance I could get hold of someone I rang the company and spoke to a really nice man. I explained that the charm was a Christmas present. The gentleman apologised and said he would send another one out asap. After I got off the phone I ordered another charm of the same breed of dog and they contacted me the next day 22/12.20 asking if I still wanted both charms, to which I replied yes. I was so pleasantly surprised to receive both correct charms on Christmas Eve and so you’ve got one very Happy Customer!!! Thank You so much Charm School uk outstanding customer services!!!

My three bracelets arrived very promptly. Sadly one charm had lost a crystal. I reported this, and got an immediate reply. I returned the bracelet and the charm was replaced very quickly. Excellent service. The only thing that disappointed me was the design of the plastic boxes, they weren’t as classy as the bracelets and let the product down a bit. Not a big deal, because once in use, who still keeps their favourite items in the original boxes? Not me anyway.

Amazing got a baby charm bracelet my sister was in tears when I gave it to her.
I got a submariner dolphin charm and a couple of other ones
But the dolphins hit the spot
Our dad passed away in April and was 22years in the navy and was just a wee reminded to her daughter that her grandpa would be with her all the time.
Delivery was spot on and packaged well.

Although Royal Mail let down on the delivery of my charms, I was very impressed with the prompt replies from Charm School when I queried the whereabouts of my package. Delighted with the charms which eventually turned up.

Beautiful little charm, that is quite unique and very good quality. It was so lovely, I gave the first one away as a last minute, hugely appropriate but difficult to buy for gift. The first box was damaged on delivery, but the charm and contents were not damaged at all. Quick communication and dispatch/delivery would highly recommend.
