My order was delivered in a timely manner and was a lovely piece of jewellery for my husband. He was really pleased with it.

I have been following this company on Instagram and admiring their beautiful charm collection on there, and their vast selection in their shop. I really wanted a hot water bottle charm and had been waiting to see if I could find one, checking periodically to see if they had any in stock. I wish I had messaged them earlier to ask if they had one, because as soon as I did I got a reply with a photo of one just like I had been after! What's more, they were apologetic that it wasn't in perfect condition and because it had a little dent in it, gave me a great deal. I went for it as it didn't detract from the charm of the charm (!) and when it arrived (swiftly!) I was so pleased with it. They packaged it well. Their communication was very responsive and friendly. Their prices are very reasonable unlike many charm sellers I've seen pop up recently, and they are clearly very fair sellers to give me a reduced price based on their assessment of the charm's condition. I suspect this slight imperfection is why they had not listed the item on their shop, which tells me they have very high standards. I can't wait to support this small business with future purchases and it will be my go-to for gold charms!

It's lovely to have a store online that actually shows their products. It's reasonably priced and there is something for all budgets. Easy to select and check out. Fast delivery. Only a small change i would make is to add the option to browse low-highest priced. Other than that this store is awesome, thank you!
