Avoid!!!!
Bought several dresses from this company, tried them on and they didn't suit. Got in touch with the company, they asked me to send them back at my cost which was fine.
When reading their return terms and conditions, I noticed it stated the customer may incur a 5% additional charge upon returning items due to a bank charge.
Never in my 20 year experience of using my card online has this ever happened. Low and behold indeed I wad charged the 5% when I sent the items back which came to almost £50!!!
When I queried why they where charging a restocking fee, they said it was clearly stated on their website. I said it wasn't, it says the customers bank may charge a 5% fee. She apologised and said they will update their website to make it more clearer for the customer.
But then continued to say it was my bank that charged this. Off course I queried it with my bank and they said, there was no such fee.
This is the companies deceitful way of charging a restocking fee for returns which is totally illegal when you buy goods online. You have a grace period of 14 days. Please be aware of this company, and avoid them at all costs!!!
