Take note of the warning to not leave it up permanently. This is our second shelter because we left the first one up for several months and the fabric went brittle with extreme uv exposure.

The item was broken when delivered
The item was broken when delivered, I contacted you and collection of the damaged item was arranged and a second item was despatched. Unfortunately the second item was also damaged when delivered but not as badly as the first one, so I glued the damaged part and kept the item without contacting you a second time. The postman advised my wife that the box was damaged and that he had taped it together when he delivered the second one. I would advise you that the manufacturers packaging is not suitable for dispatching this item and that you should consider another form of packaging when dispatching to prevent the box falling apart which results in a damaged bench being delivered.
