CJ Coaching is a fantastic program with wonderfull people. Ofcourse you have to do the work but the way the coaches guide you is a great way to add to your knowledge about life, food, health. The video’s are a big help as well. I’m very glad I joined this program! 🤩

Jade has been great in terms of supporting me with whatever I have needed to do in my days and weeks, I haven’t had to change what my priorities are outside of keeping consistent with my food.
She has helped me understand how to measure etc when I’m not myself cooking, or for when I want to swap in certain cravings of foods so that either way I stay on track.
Finally she has helped me also have that knowledge to keep the longevity. It isn’t a quick fix and have to come back, she has helped me be able to do it on my own. It has been invaluable.

Having competed in two women’s physique competitions, I needed help understanding maintaining muscle mass going into my fifties. I connected with Jade as my coach - I am very grateful for her guidance and support while she changed my program up to achieve pre-competition body transformation. I am knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition but needed a push with more accountability and discipline to get back to feeling and looking better as I get older. Jade was great! Jade is a very presented online coach for me. She is always there for positive words, feedback & encouragements. The workouts she makes for me are fabulous & challenging, tailored to my home gym every time. The app is very helpfull & also the Facebook group is motivational with people just like you & me! My results are awesome, just because of the consistency their program gives me!

The generosity of my coach Ben and All the coaches has no limits! They totally have me very engaged with the programme. They have added an incredible value to my fitness journey. Everyone’s journey is unique and they tailor everything to your specific requirements. I am growing, learning, finding new perspectives, things that I had not even considered. I am investing time and money, but the results that they are adding to the challenge of my fitness journey are tangibles (weight and waist measurements loss, fat loss, lean mussel gain, more energy gain) but moreover, the growth that I’m achieving personally, in my mindset and overall well-being.

What sold me originally was how fundamentally sound the workout program was. The further I was immersed in the program, the more impressed I was. There is so much support from the coaching and other clients in the program, it provides a much needed sense of community. The results are incredible. They make sure to see you through to a point where it’s a lifestyle change, and not just a short fad. I can’t say enough positive things about this program. It’s been a truly life changing experience.

I had been following Charlie in IG for the last 4 years and his advise and knowledge were always really helpful in this long fitness journey so I decided to join his program and I have been following his nutrition and training plan for the last 6 weeks, I’ve lost over 7 pounds of body fat while maintaining my muscle mass to soon start my bulk phase, his app makes it simple to track your food and exercises and his response times to my questions are really good, overall very satisfied with the program and fully aware that if my diet adherence would be perfect I would be much further along in my goals. Highly recommended for anyone looking for q highly efficient way to train and effortless macro guidance.

A smart, tech-enabled plan matched with friendly, knowledgeable accountability from an expert (Jade). It’s what I needed and it’s what I’ve received. I needed to understand the science and have it applied to ME. And when adjustments or encouragement were needed I got them. 6 week in, down approx 10 lbs, not hungry, feeling great, looking even better ;)

So I joined Charlie Johnson fitness 6 weeks ago and it has been game changing. The whole team are so helpful and knowledgeable and coach Jade Simmons is amazing. She is always there to answer my questions and monitoring my form. I started this program because I had been put on blood pressure tablets and I don't want to be on them. Since being on the program I have gone from 74.8kg to 68. I feel healthier, am a lot fitter and I have way more energy from the nutrition plan. My blood pressure readings are now the lowest they have been. Thank you Jade for your advice and help so far and am excited to continue on my journey with you over the coming months. I am so happy for this journey and that I chose Charlie Johnson Fintess. I got a really good coach (Jade) who pushed me through my program and helped me and listened to what I wanted. Together, we made it possible. One of the best decisions of my life was trying CJ coaching. I was trying many different things before joining the program and wasn’t getting any big results until I joined this program. Working with Jade has been great. I chose Jade because she had experience working with people who had injuries in the past and as I was recovering from a stroke she seemed to be the perfect choice. Jade has done an excellent job working with my limitations and yet helping me achieve excellent results. So far I’ve lost 23 pounds and gained back some of the strength I lost in the 18 months since my stroke. She has tailored my nutrition plan, and made several adjustments along the way as needed.
