Terrible communication
I ordered a Christmas gift via the Charles Leclerc Shop on November 15th, but it never arrived. The package was returned to the company, but instead of informing me, I had to reach out multiple times myself. After requesting that the order be resent, I received no clear update, and I had to reach out again two weeks later. Then, they informed me that the product is out of stock.. After three months and countless emails. I’m honestly shocked by the lack of communication and how long this situation has been dragging on. I would not expect to still be without my order after such a long time. Very disappointing customer service experience.
