I received my fragrances in a timely manner. I ordered Pdm Althair and Louis Vuitton Ombre Nomade 10ml. Both smell great and was packaged carefully. I definitely will be a repeat customer.

Very streamlined process. Competitive selection and prices. However, I chose this over some of the other competitors as Dallas promised free samples with every order over the youtube channel. I ordered 2 niche 5 mls but did not receive any samples. Could have been a miss, or could be that they do not give out free samples anymore. Either way, the actual ordered products were fantastic and arrived securely in a timely manner.

Never received my product when I reached out to customer was told after it left the factory it was out of there hands and I was left to trackdown tru usps and never got the shipment

Just received another fragrance "recommended" by Dallas on YTube. "Althair" by Parfums De Marley. Truly amazing scent and lasts ALL DAY. Also, the the small free sample of "Jet Black" by Michael Mulal is still on my shirt after 6 hrs. So far completely satisfied!!

Everything I ordered was well packaged, the purchasing experience was seamless and easy, and I do plan on ordering from here in the future.

Haven't purchased nothing to date other than tickets for the raffle but his cologne reviews are awesome and when things come on sale or rare items in stock I get emails thank you keep up the great work

I have followed Dallas of Chaos Fragrances on YouTube for years and always appreciated his content and fragrance knowledge and perspective. Was excited to see that he was starting his own decanting service and I am happy to say that I was not disappointed! Decants arrived quickly and safely packaged, and the prices were even more reasonable than many other trusted decant and sample sites I have worked with for years. They even included a free bonus sample to boot! Definitely satisfied and highly recommend working with Chaos Fragrances!
