Very good support from the company to exchange the money.

I have tried seven times to contact their help desk with no success. Everything is manual no automation. This should be banned by the SEC.

Their stock should be shorted on financial markets due to low quality and poor customer service awareness.

I have a transaction lost of 103 usd for more than 2 weeks. They do not have phone numbers and their chat bots AI suck. Lazy people not compromised.

The government should do something. I am sure there are many of us.

This site is fake and all the positive reviews are fictitious.

There are a couple of ladies Josephine Lenhart and Mila Dean who handle their "customer care"

You first will be asked to register.

Then you have to initiate a transaction.

To complete the transaction, you will need to contact an agent.

This would be either Mila or Josephine.

You will be asked to send money to an email address.

Once you do that, say goodbye to your money.

The transaction will continue to show "processing" for all eternity.

Your initial inquiries will be answered for a few days and excuses like bank delays due to first time transaction, needing max. 72 hours etc. Etc will be said...

And then your IP will be blocked and/or all your messages ignored.

I can only warn...having fallen prey to these criminals.
