Whilst the staff at this company are very helpful and friendly, it doesn't excuse the fact that I bought an expensive office chair in Feb 24 which was faulty. They sent out a replacement gas strut in May 24 but now in Dec 24 and the same fault has occurred again. I'm not entitled to a refund seemingly so I have to accept receiving another gas strut and refitting myself. Whilst company have been helpful and responsive, actual product is sub standard. Won't use this firm again.

We bought a white office cabinet - very good quality and exactly what we needed for file storage in a home office. It was expertly and efficiently put together by Jas and Raj who could not have been more helpful! We would thoroughly recommend Chairoffice who have been great to deal with throughout.

Really helpful sales person, sorted a product that wasn’t even advertised on the site. Wanted a slightly different desk size to match furniture already have. Wasnt a problem and had it the next day..

The chair was delivered in good time and (so far) would appear to be an excellent product. We have used Chairoffice several times now for chairs and desks and would thoroughly recommend them.

I identified an issue with my chair ordered sometime ago. The fault was diagnosed as a gas strut issue and a new part sent out by return. Excellent and prompt customer service.

I had a fault with the chair and needed a new part, sent pictures to the customer services team and within 12 hours it had been delivered - absolutely fantastic service and customer care. I would highly recommend.

I was already happy with the transaction, delivery and chair itself (but failed to leave a review, sorry). One of the castors broke after less than 3 months so I informed Chairoffice/FullRangeFurniture, they respeonded almost immediately, asked for a photo which I duly supplied and they posted out a full set of new castors the same day. I received them, by courier, the very next day. One very happy customer, thank you so much.

The chair is super...well able to accomodate my girth!

Living where I do, along a footpath sat navs are not reliable but it did arrive via a diversion or two and I'm loving the chair.

I was pleased to find this company back in 2022, because they were offering a sturdier chair than I could find elsewhere. The chair has lived up to expectations, but a recent problem with the armrests lead me to contact them again. Fantastic response! Replacement parts dispatched immediately! How often do we see after-sales service of this quality these days? Hardly ever. Many thanks to them.

We purchased a sturdy office chair in May 2023 but in August 2024 the cylinder began to 'give', resulting in the chair sinking over a number of minutes. Aware that the chair was out of warranty, we emailed the supplier who immediately responded by sending us a replacement cylinder free of charge. We had some difficulty removing the old one and the supplier responded very quickly to our emails with advice and links to relevant YouTube videos. We now have a chair that is as good as new. Thank you so much, Louie, for the best customer service we've had from any supplier in a long time!

Delivery was great and on time, chair is very comfortable. Only reason it's not a 5 Star review is that one of the caster wheels has already broken after less than a month. These Aspartan Executive Office Chairs are supposed to be good for heavy people, but this is not helpful.

Whole order and purchase process very good - clear easy to use website, like the video showing the chair features and reasonably competitive price. Package arrived promptly, chair very easy to put together.
Office chair is Venus ergonomic 24 hr rated for heavier users - using in a home office environment its firm so hoping the padding gives a little. There is a good amount of adjustment to find a comfy position but the adjustable height armrests rattle like crazy, feel flimsy. They are helped in comfort with after-market foam pads that position on top.
The seat back/rest-neck support feels too low down and too far back even in near vertical position, not enough height adjustment available. I think a small foam detachable pillow would aid comfort.
Small niggles and an overall positive experience

I purchased an Ergo Flex Ergonomic Office Chair in March 2023. It has been so comfortable and was easy to put together - just 3 parts. I was delighted I could choose the colour chair to match my office. It comes with a 5 year warranty - great value for money. Reviewing now as it has had daily use, many hours per day and feel it has lived up to expectations. I had a slight problem with the chair gradually moving down in height. Customer service took the time and effort to help with this, sending a new gas lift and base out. We were unable to remove the gas cylinder, so an engineer was sent at a time that was convenient for us. Outstanding customer service, easy to contact and outstanding product. Would definitely recommend and would shop with them again if I needed to.

While searching online for a new office chair, I stumbled upon the Chair Office website and found a chair that seemed ideal for a Tudor-style person. I placed my order in the late afternoon and reached out to their "contact us" number. I had the pleasure of speaking with Nadia, a delightful representative who was both cheerful and professional. Any business owner would be fortunate to have someone like Nadia representing their company. She provided precise information, was incredibly helpful, and added a touch of enjoyable banter to our conversation.
So, 10:30 the next day not only has it arrived but I'm typing this review from that very seat. Easy to put together and so well made. They even give you some spare screws if your the one that looses bits along the way.

All in all 100% pleased with the service and the product.

I purchased this chair recently. It is big, luxurious, roomy and comfortable chair. I am an average 6 ft guy. The chair felt very spacious. Really impressed with the build quality. Very strong and robust. Chairoffice customer service is excellent. Chair delivered very quickly. I was so happy I ordered 2 chairs in total. I definitely recommend this company
