I am very disappointed with the service provided. Their website explicitly claims a 24-hour turnaround for translations, but this was not my experience at all.

When I finally received the document, it contained several critical errors involving names and locations. These were not minor typos; the information provided did not match official identification, making the "certified" translation completely useless for legal purposes.

I sent a follow-up email several days ago to have these errors corrected, but I have been met with total silence. There is no customer support response, and the lack of communication is unacceptable given how sensitive these documents are for visa and legal applications. I am still waiting for a resolution. Save your money and use a company that actually respects its own deadlines and provides accurate work.

We were completely unaware when applying for the visa that documents would need to be translated so you can only imagine how horrified we were when being quoted almost £500 for 7 pages ontop of the almost £200 we'd paid for the visa!
