Had my Boiler serviced by Jake Winter…
Had my Boiler serviced by Jake Winter today . Rang before he came .
He was very respectful towards my house even removing his shoes when he crossed the carpet .
He informed me what was wrong and what needed to be done in the future and right now . Spent a hour .
He was polite and informative.

Very satisfied
First time I've used Certas for boiler servicing. Good service: friendly and knowledgeable engineer Gareth arrived promptly and completed the job in good time. Refreshing to meet someone who clearly enjoys their job! Probably more expensive than a local boy, but reliable and thus definitely recommended.

Quality work at a fair price
I've been using Certas for my oil boiler annual service for 3 years now. It's been Gareth Thomas each time and he's really friendly and helpful but most importantly he is very experienced and knows what he is doing. I can highly recommend and the price has always been good.
