I’d give Ballyowen Lucan Branch minus stars if that was possible. I had been registered with this practice for nearly 20 years and was shocked to discover that my patient record had been archived without any notification. I only found out after suffering a serious ankle fracture, requiring ORIF surgery, when I urgently needed GP support to complete the medical certification for my Illness Benefit claim.

The practice informed me that patients who have not attended for over five years are automatically archived. However, I was never advised that this would happen or that I would no longer be a registered patient. Had I known, I could have resolved the issue long before I needed urgent medical support.

To make matters worse, despite explaining that I was recovering from surgery and providing my hospital discharge documentation, the practice refused to re-register me because they were at capacity and offered no interim assistance. I have now been left trying to find a new GP while recovering from surgery.

I have raised a formal complaint regarding the lack of notification and the way this situation has been handled.

My review is based solely on my personal experience.

My family doc retired and we were all moved to Centric D15. I’m generally a healthy person and last time I visited was during Covid. I had an operation and needed medical cert. I called them last January and was told by the receptionist I wasn’t a patient anymore as I don’t visit them enough. I disputed this and she said that was standard protocol. The manager called me the next day to say she would get the cert to me.
Today I called as I need an op and was told again I am not a patient. So I’ve decided to pull the family out of the practice. I have never come across a person who is less suited to the position of receptionist. The attitude and unprofessionalism is off the charts.

Avoid avoid!!! Third time my GP at Castleknock Village Centric has not sent my prescription to chemist on time. Total negligence. Get a GP who practises privately if possible.

This is a true story, there is no code of ethics with these doctors, Ciara thinks shes the doctor shes the rudest most ignorant person ive ever spoken too, Simone the clinic manager thinks she owns the place, the staff on desk tell you put questions in emails to doctor then this thing writes to you refrain from emailing 😡 Dr Alicia Iguaran & Dr Enala Asajile are 2 faced and care very little about patients, centrichealth is all about money but the doctors remove patients on medical card panel on the say so of office staff who don’t actually know you or what you look like and when doctors are confronted they don’t know what is happening 😡😡

Can't get an appointment in Newbridge with my doctor. Get told to call every day to check for a cancellation. Need blood tests and can't book them online through Newbridge and can't choose another location. They used to be good but that's long gone. Some of the online doctors are far superior

Centric in Applewood, Swords is the friendliest, best run medical centre I have come across! An absolute pleasure to visit it today after a recommendation - it's what a local medical centre should be. Thank you to everyone there!

My son discharge letter was sent to the clinic and they claimed they never received it.
I was given a discharge letter which I delivered myself but after a week, they did not enter it into the system.
I could not see an appointment for 2 weeks. This happened at centric gp centre in Citywest Shopping Centre

Centric health Navan Road is 5 star. I have had the necessity to need assistance and they were most helpful. I spoke with their receptionist Christine who was both professional and timely. Excellent service from the team

Centric Health Castleknock is beyond a disgrace. Waiting 5 days so far for a repeat prescription to be sent from my GP to my pharmacist.

Also forget about getting an immediate appointment. Last time I tried they gave me one one week later which was no good as I could have been infected.

I’ve had insomnia for 16 years after getting a prescription for Ciprofloxacin from the centric health centre in Kilcock and they refuse to help. Ciprofloxacin is a drug that these days is only prescribed with caution. I have not slept one night through since taking it. I felt shamed in one appointment and didn’t return for 3 years. My partner has three times received a 6 month prescription for sleeping tablets when his insomnia is on and off (this sounds like misogyny to me) and my aunt is on a continual prescription for them. They won’t even address the problem or treat me with any sympathy, Doctor Brennan wouldn’t even look at me in the eye. Made me feel like shit under his feet. I feel I need support which this issue which is interfering with my every day life making it impossible to hold down a proper job,

Just want to add the nurses, the occupational therapists and physiotherapists have all been wonderful.

Really this service in Trim used to be Dr Aine Kenny’s surgery since centric has taken over Never an appointment and they tell you to go to A&E or out of hours Doc what is the point when at best Their service is atrocious gone very downhill lack of patient care and support. No regular doctors I have seen 3 different GPs over the last year Actively seeking another GP but stuck with these due to lack of GPs in the area avoid avoid avoid or if they take over a surgery in your area FOI your records find another GP if you can

An absolute disgrace to the medical profession . Money making racket, no interest in people. Genuine doctors are gone so Ur left with inhuman robots now covering as doctors/receptionists/ staff ..a joke

I was recommended by my Chemist who called Centric in Raheny I got appt the next Day The Care I got there has changed my Life I was given a GP Card I got Regular 6month Check up appts I could not Praise them more I Find Reception Friendly and Helpful Nurses and Doctors Give you Time and listen Pat Kelly Artane

The worst doctors practice I’ve ever seen in my life. They never answer the phones ever despite when you are in the clinic they are never on the phone. They are impossible to get a hold of, I’ve genuinely rang 60 times before with no answer. They cancel appointments at their own leisure and move them without contacting you to see if you are actually available to attend.

The admin staff at Centric Health are appalling. The low rating does and should not reflect on the Doctors and nurses who are kind and professional.

Substandard experience. Will not be returning or recommending.

My family and I had been at this GP location (OldBawn) for well over 15 years now and it has really gone downhill.

I had been violently assaulted in March and was depressed for months and out of work, not being able to leave my house. When I finally had the courage to leave and visit the GP to get an illness certificate the doctor here was happy to help and understood my situation.

I waited weeks for my cert and when I emailed about it I was ignored. When I asked why I was being ignored I received an email telling me to go find another doctor if I’m unhappy with the service.

They sent me a copy of the cert and it was for the wrong dates, the incompetence is unreal. I am broke now with no money and I am owed 26/28 weeks of sick pay.

I went here for a service I paid for the service and I got nothing but incompetence and rudeness back.

I am still trying to sort it out and now the doctor has apparently gone back on his word and rejected my cert? Super fishy and disgusting behaviour.

When Mcmorrow used to run this surgery (before it was centric health) this would have never happened!

THIS PLACE IS A COMPLETE DISGRACE, PHONED RECENTLY TO GET A APPOINTMENT AND TOLD A MONTH, HSE NEEDS TO TAKE A CLOSER LOOK AT THIS. MEDICAL CENTRE.ALSO INCORRECT DIAGNOSIS BY ONE OF THE DOCTORS, DOCTORS AND A CERTAIN RECEPTIONIST CAN BE EXTREMELY RUDE, MEDICAL CARD HOLDERS ARE NOT TREATED WITH RESPECT WILL NEVER ATTEND THIS DUMP AGAIN, AS THERE ARE MUCH MORE PROFESSIONAL DOCTORS ELSEWHERE IN THE AREA.

Went to my local medical centre to get B12 injection which takes 2 seconds with a nurse not even a doctor I’ve always got it done free ive many medical problems including COPD i was told there is a new charge of €25 i walked not talking about greed its beyond a joke as if they are not billing the HSE a fortune now they want more its disgusting, but they have taken over every single practice in my area 🤬

Waited over an hour for a call from the GP arranged through digidoc. When I rang the administrator after 15 mins, I was told that I would be next in line. When I tried the administrator again after waiting an hour, no answer. Very poor service.
