Real review about centre404

I worked here for a short time and saw a big gap between what this organisation ( Centre404 - Learning and Leisure) says and what it actually does. They promote inclusion and support for people with disabilities and autism, but the internal culture doesn't match those values.
Communication from management was poor and inconsistent, and when I spoke up about issues, I wasn't treated fairly or listened to. I worked hard and did everything asked of me, but the environment became stressful and unsupportive. I eventually resigned because it was clear things wouldn't change. Hopefully the organisation learns to treat its staff with the same respect it expects staff to show clients.
Being put on PIP was a set up to micromanage me out of centre404 because I wrote an email to him (manager) about taken advantage of he (manager) want to control me as a person, wanted to control my communication style also he wanted me to be labeled as "difficult" after ive spoke up about unfair treatment. he used vague "equality" and "communication" language to mask retaliation for my honest honesty. He wrote this PIP not to help me but to document justification to remove me if i didn't quit first.
I am not the issue and never was, he put me in the PIP as a smokescreen to make my resignation or termination look procedural. I have worked hard, communicated clearly, and were punished for standing up for myself. I've even apologised multiple not because of any wrong doing but just to keep the peace. I was gaslighted to apologise and everything l've mentioned. He don't like written confirmations and anything paper based because it will give evidence and that the reason I was on pip Meanwhile in that office learning and leisure these two managers are talking smack about people/ their bank staffs all day, they just gossip a lot ... after resigning he send a email to staff members to again control the narrative of the situation to make him innocent and protect his ego.... That's all this was. A man protecting his pride and reputation by sacrificing someone more honest than him.
