I was lured via Instagram back in December by Celestolite, I just wanted a cheap facial (it was advertised for £19.99) then I found myself in the same situation hundreds described, most pointless facial I had ever had, rude comments about my skin (which I know for a fact is NOT in a bad state at all for my age), uncomfortably friendly therapist etc. I made the mistake of not checking any reviews prior to the appointment so I found myself, without even realising to sign for a treatment plan for about £60 p/month for 2 years . I left the High ST Kensington clinic with a ridiculous fancy blue bowler bag with fancy bottles of creams and a "treatment plan" written on paper by my "therapist". I read carefully the contract I signed and I saw that I had 2 weeks to withdraw from it, provided the creams were untouched, and I would have to pay £50 for "admin fees". I thought that at that point I deserved to pay the £50 as a lesson to have let my self to be scammed so easily! The day after I went back to Hight St Kensington to tell them I wanted to cancel immediately, but without showing any sign of distress, doing my best to be as friendly as possible...basically like them. They made me wait about 20 mins only to tell me the manager was not in (of course!) and anyway I had to go to their main branch in Kings' Road and only by appointment. I asked them to call and they booked me an appointment for the afternoon. I went there and, what the odd, the manager had to go home to her sick children. I said with my biggest smile that I would not leave as they had booked me in just an hour before, more wait, in a massively hot room and a chap came over claiming to be the owner of the business. Still smiling I explained that I had rushed into it but I had more urgent expenses so at the moment I could not take anything else onboard. He pretended to give a deep think about it and told me I would have left the clinic happy. Guess what? He offered MORE treatments/payments plan, one of them with something like 24 luxury treatment for the same amount I was supposed to pay for 12 + another bag with creams claiming it was the first time in his 20 years+ career he had offered something so amazing. Politely and still smiling I declined and he finally let me go. I left him the bag with the cream (he quickly checked everything was there), I paid the fee at the reception and my contract was cancelled (I got a receipt) and after a few days got an email from the money lending company that the plan was cancelled. Rarely I had felt more relieved! So, ladies, make sure you read the contract, and LISTEN to your guts, I am pretty sure we all felt from the start what it was.

Celestolite is a scam. It is linked to the former SmoothYou Town Spa in Great Portland Street that went into administration in December after fraudulently selling Elevatione Time Stop products and treatment packages to thousands of customers who are now not receiving and treatments after having signed up for treatment packages worth between £2,500 and £4,000 or more. I was invited for a luxury facial at Celestolite salon. When I arrived there they used forceful tactics to get me to sign up for a package of Celestolite treatments. Thankfully I refused the offer.

Chatty helpful staff but they draw on your own insecurities to get you to take a package.

Today I visited the place where I found very helpful.

Stay clear of this company, owned by the friend of the man that scammed over 4000 women pretending to be Elevetione but was actually not allowed to trade under their name. These people will also go into administration and then you are stuck paying the finance company!!! STAY CLEAR!!!

I’m Sani Begum a victim of FRAUD of former company who went into liquidation “Smooth You” who also used the Elevation Time Stops trading name without licence who are Celestolite now... trading under a new name in Kensington High St branch. They’re also on Facebook adverts as O Clinic who also when signing up direct you to Celestolite. They have been professionally scamming thousands of people into signing an agreement of loans leaving us helpless and moneyless in debt. The finance company they use are also in the scam and our credit scoring is affected. Celestolite operates under “Smooth You” who offered me free body products if I have them a five star review on here and I had an email stating 140 people trusted my review. They didn’t offer the service and treatments that they were supposed to just bogus facials that entail I trchnoloy being used other than the oxygen machine. No HIFU, NO LASER and NO VENUS treatments. They are dangerous and their products are a sham! Watchdog were investigating the CEO’s in November. They sacked their staff via watsapp and I know one who went into a hairdressers and confirmed this to the manager there. Saying she is absolutely disheartened. I’ve shared this on all social media so no one here deletes my review including #TrustPilot!!

Today I come for a free facial which was absolutely lovely and relaxing. Valantina give me my facial today she was very kind and friendly will definitely be coming back.

Celestolite was SmoothYou until it went into liquidation as did their Elevatione Time Stops that they didn't have a license to use the brand name.
So many women have been scamned. My contract was signed by someine called Julia Throop who I have never met nor spoken to. She was the managing director of Paybreak. Very misleading tactics, Hard sales, and bad service.

I am very happy my skin specialist Khadi she is doing outstanding service.She is gaven me information my skin analyse and what she needs to do.I trust her she is very kind and polite to me.Thank you very much outstanding service She will true my skin analyse and of the treatment I am happy.

I had a anti-age treatment today with Khadi and it was amazing!
My skin after the treatment was much lighter and I felt the skin alive,younger!
