Total scam. Never recieved my item. Recieved an email on 2/6 it shipped with no tracking number. On 2/11 I emailed them saying I still had not recieved the item. I was sent an email saying they would look into it. On 2/13 & 2/14 no response to my emails. The phone number is disconnected.

Worst customer service. First, they sent me a jacket that looks nothing like the one pictured in their website. They claim that I should have known it was a replica (nowhere does it say that). Then they told me I couldn’t return it, even though their return policy said I could. I finally threatened to leave them bad reviews and they agreed to take the coat back. It cost me $40 to return the coat to PAKISTAN. They received it weeks ago and still no refund. It’s a complete scam!

Total scam. Placed an order online and their website turned it into 3 jackets and charged me 3 times. There is no way to get them on the phone and to respond by email. Total scam.

This company does not honor their return policy. After numerous emails and messages on their site, they granted my return, signed when they received it in perfect condition, and never sent my money back.

The reason I returned it is was because the shipping was so slow that by the time I received the suit the event had passed.

I thought this was a scammer, but is not. I have ordered Arnold Schwarzenegger jacket from film called 'Jingle all the Way', I did chose 100% cotton on 25th of November. 3 weeks no receive yet and did email, and it said it was delayed. Waiting another week, it arrived from Pakistan, I thought it will be terribly made, but surprise is in a very good quality. I know it won't be 100% same what is on film, but is 75% good enough. I love it, thanks.

Bought jacket - never arrived. After initial auto-generated email there was no reply for more than 20 days, meanwhile I contacted them several times. Later, I was curious and search deeper. Company's office is in the dead end street in swamp in the US and registered UK legal company was dissolved in 2019. They just kept e-shop opened and money are flowing to the pocket.

MIRACLE TRADING LTD or ULTIMATE LEATHER LTD report it immidiately. The man behind it is Muhammad Ali ZAFAR. Disgusting thief.

this is the first time I purchase Leather Jacket from this website the jacket and the material was in a good condition. I am extremely happy with my purchase and will surely buy it again. :)

Beware!
The ”leathercoat” that turned up after a couple of weeks was made of fake-leather. Smells like the interior in a new car.
It is no idea to complain because they don’t respond to emails. After five attempts in a matter about my payment I gave up. There is no sense in complaining about the coat and try to solve the matter. Of course there are no telephonenumber.

This is not a serious dealer! Stay away from this trickster! Save your money, be more careful than I was and find a serious dealer.

I ordered one of my favorite jackets from this website, they mistakenly send me another size, so they exchange my parcel in my first email & give me a leather bag as a gift for an apology. It's my second review of your profile. Thank you Celeb Leather Jackets for being so cooperative always. I recommend others to shop from your site.
