By far the cheapest when in the market for Milwauki power tools. 24hr delivery to a store nearby. A call to say it had arrived at 9.30am. Collection easy and polite at the Worcester store.

Worcester store
I phoned the Worcester store and was told what I wanted was not in stock but could be delivered next day if I ordered on line. He gave me the code for the item to make it easier to find. Very helpful. Item came next day as promised.

CEF noticed missed timed delivery and took ownership.
When 12.00 delivery was missed CEF phoned me within the hour stating reason and recovery action. Phoned later to say recovery action had been achieved. Item delivered later in afternoon. Success. First time I have received service like this on late delivery from a distributor.

Sold me a second hand charger at full price
Sold me a second hand charger at full price.
When the already opened box was opened in front of my customer it was apparent the charger had previously been installed and returned as it was covered in brickdust.
My customer was furious and was convinced i was trying to install second hand equipment at full cost and so i lost the contract and the confidence my client had in me.
CEF cost me a good customer, a days wage and my reputation has been smeered as a result of them trying to fob me off with second hand goods
