I ordered a selection of light switches and wall sockets which arrived within 24 hours. In my haste, I ordered a few which didn't match the others. I e-mailed customer services (at night) and received a reply with 40 minutes! I was refunded at my local branch and again on re-ordering the right ones, they arrived within 24 hours. Excellent products and excellent helpful customer services.. Thank you.

Went to the local retailer got some great advice then ordered online got next day delivery excellent

spoke to person in store and identified the exact product that i needed. Unfortunately not in stock but they advised ordering online which I did and delivered next day. Fitted and working without any hitch and was good price.

I ordered a caravan hook up unit. Unit firstly came 2 days later than first said then I had to order another and return this due to the unit tripping out and was advised that my money would be returned in 3 working days. 5 days passed and no refund so contacted branch to be told they would call me back. They then didn’t bother calling back so phoned again to be told that the refund hadn’t been processed so now going to wait around 10 days for a refund of around £200. I only use cef as a last resort for this reason. Customer service is absolutely shocking (Steven excluded) only guy in the branch that you feel actually wants to help.

Was able to find what I was looking for, order late evening, and get confirmation early next morning that my order was ready for collection. Great selection of tools and materials. Good job.

Ordered online at 9:41am for collection. Received email at 10:39am that it was ready for collection. Drove 30 minutes and was told that you were out of stock. Then, had to drive another 30 minutes to East Kilbride to purchase there. Not a good experience.
