Very helpful counter staff. Placed an additional order on line and collected from counter later. Part of one item was faulty but branch provided a replacement without any problem. Not impressed to be told there would be a £15 delivery charge for one (£18) item which was out of stock. Bought the product from elsewhere.

Not happy in regards to the returns…
Not happy in regards to the returns policy when buying from one shop and returning a faulty item at another branch, however customer service from Sam was 1st grade. Cheers Sam

I received very good service the lights arrived on time and as I wasn't sure regarding collection I spoke to a member of staff and he phoned me as soon as they had arrived .
