I didn’t even know this supplier existed until today, but I’m really glad I found them. This was my first time visiting CEF on Leek Road, and the whole experience was outstanding from start to finish.

I was able to book an item online without needing to make any advance payment, and I received a confirmation email instantly letting me know it was ready for collection. When I arrived at the shop, the item was ready for collection. I also ended up picking up a few additional items while I was there.

A special thanks to Joshua Simister, who provided exceptional, professional service throughout. His assistance was greatly appreciated and made the experience even better.

Efficient and effective service. I had to return some items which I had ordered online which were not suitable, I chose my local Stoke on Trent store to return the items. Whilst they were very busy I was dealt with promptly and courteously.

Nice friendly people to deal with order was supplied in two parts and took 5 days. Invoicing is not consistent so never order on account.

Cef stoke branch is my favourite go to branch. The team is always so helpful and not to mention insightful. They can get me almost anything I need with a quick turn around. Definitely value for money!

The Order I'd Made On Monday Expected Delivery Date Tuesday, I Had A Follow Up Call From Steve On The Tuesday To Ask If The Order Had Arrived Which At It Hadn't At That Point Or Not As I Was Aware Of I Checked Wednesday With Our Security To See If It Had Arrived Later But No Sign After An Email To Customer Services & Return Call I Was Able To Check With Our Other Site Only Half A Mile Away Where I Located The Delivery.Now This Was An Error By The Courier Who Had Gone To The Wrong Building & Possibly Signed For It Himself But Nobody With The Name Given Works Over There !! So I Have The Order Now But Due To The Courier Dropping At The Wrong Site Two Days Later But At Least Before The Easter Weekend.If I Hadn,t Had The Initial Query As To Where It Had Gone From Steve I'd Be None The Wiser

I found CEF to be very professional and helpful, helping me to source cable for a specific task, once identified ordering and paying on line went well, the cable was delivered on time at a customers address without any issues, I would have no hesitation using CEF for my sourcing and supplying electrical equipment needs.

I ordered my partner an item from them and excellent service also fast delivery. They kept me informed all the time and they rang me to ask some security questions to make sure it wasnt fraudulently which was really good
