Purchase anomaly.
I had ordered a 10 tread fibreglass stepladder to replace my old ones of ten years. The cost of these didn't reflect the price of your website. I paid a further £15 for NOT having an account with CEF 😡. This doesn't put me off future sales with CEF but unfair though.

Good service.
Ordered Mira shower online and picked up at local office. Delivery was PM the following day. Excellent service. Price was £20 better than manufacturers. Friendly staff at pick up location in Stirling.

not a good customer experience
confusing processes, lack of notification, and staff not focused on the customer.
Placed an order online to tbe collected in branch, one item was in stock in the branch and the other was to be delivered.
Delivery took three days - no notifications until it arrived, so no tracking of deliveriy.
from the online order it appeared both items had been paid for online, however when i went to pick the items up, was informed that i had to pay for one of the items, and the explanation was - thats just how the system works.
