Delivery
The girl in storenwas absolutely brilliant. She could not be more helpful, really bright and cheerful. She explained that some of the bits I needed were not in stock but if I ordered them on line they would be in the next day.
Ordered for store delivery when I got home, only to be charged £5.95 for the pleasure. If being delivered to store, where they have stuff delivered all the time, we should not have to pay, only if having delivered to home or elsewhere.
Other then that good service.

the kit arrived with one part missing
the kit arrived with one part missing, one second-hand unit, they then send out a replacement unit & charge me for the extra unit but no refund for the missing one. They promised to get the second-hand unit replaced for the next day, but no delivery, they then say it should be delivered the next & again no kit turns up. Then as I say we get to invoicing, the store says I am on 30 day term's but I get invoiced within 10 day, the first invoice is for the full kit, but no credit for the missing or US items in the kit, a second invoice for missing item for the kit, but i do get a credit note for the delivery charge in this one item of missing kit.
What a lash up, not good impression for the first order

Went into store and was advised it would be quicker to order what I wanted online for free home delivery. The staff are always friendly and the goods arrived to my home the next day as promised.
